The food is good as always. It was my first time in this location. I went at lunch. They had everything I asked for except chopsticks. They only had one person behind the line serving and I could tell she was very busy, but she did so good dealing with everyone and was so nice to me.
I got the plate option which included 2 entrees and my sidr of fired rice. I got the orange chicken as well as the honey almond sesame chicken. The food was fresh, not dry and rice was cooked perfectly. My only complaint would be that the plave does need a bit of a facelift.
It's meh every single time... Never as hot as you want it to be even at 12 30. I miss the orange chicken that singes your nose hairs and is piping hot and crispy and sweet.
The store is supposed to be open but they cannot open for another 40 minutes because of an issue with the steam table. They only have a few items in stock anyway. But can’t mange those few items. This location can’t open on time and stop cooking an hour before closing. But if you go down to the location on Barrett the food is hot and they have plenty of choices. I don’t get it.
This location never has all of there products. Four times over the last month they have been out of teriyaki chicken and or all of their chicken based products. I know everyone is running low on meats but come on!
Best location I ever visit. Unlike others you always get consistent fresh, hot and proper portions. Staff always pleasant.
12-31-21 I would like to thank everyone for always serving my family & I great food / also great service. We enjoy going through the drive thru the line is always moving so we never have to wait long. This particular evening my son forgot his wallet I was on the phone w him I was going to run it to him so he can pay off the remaining balance ? he had 34.00 in cash our family meal we get is about 50.00 or a little more we have 8 ppl eating. He didn't have enough the lady gave him a military discount I believe which he did serve U.S.M.C ?? & she covered the rest. That was so kind of her. I just wanna SAY A BIG THANK YOU ? YOU GUYS ROCK HAPPY NEW YEAR
They were out,had no chicken dishes. The main ones every one wants and gets. They literally had five different meals not available and noodles were old and all dried up. Just horrible!
This is the third time I get food from this place and every time I've been disappointed. To begin, they didn't have any mushroom chicken, black pepper chicken or kunpao chicken. When asked about the promotional item being displayed everywhere through the drive thru, they didn't have it either. We asked why didn't they take the billboards of the promotion down and they said cuz they couldn't leave it empty. So in other words, they are false advertising items they are not selling. The staff was very rude and unhelpful. We had to wait 10 minutes in a parking spot for the food to be ready. The noodles I ordered were hard and old. 4 little pieces of steak was all I found along with onions and lots of pepper. Not getting food from here again. Enough is enough!
Always out of chicken, and not just teriyaki. Last time they literally had NO chicken whatsoever. And we were greeted with a flippant attitude when inquiring about what they did have left. We've ordered food only to get home and instead of double orange we had a tray with nothing but rice; only to be told "that's what we ordered". Guess the receipt stating "double orange chicken" was foreign in nature to whomever read it. Manager made it right that time, but this place is going downhill FAST. Love Panda, but it's never worth the headache to come to this location.
