It's okay! There is nothing special. I ordered the chicken fingers because it's supposed to be thier special item and what their good at. It was okay. It was crunchy, but the flavor was lacking. The caeser salad was generic. They were not very busy, but they were slow for some reason. Our server was nice. Overall, I don't think I will go back. The rolls were pretty good.
Absolutely do not recommend! The physical restaurant itself is absolutely disgusting! Arrived at 7:03 on a Saturday night to 1/4 of the restaurant full. Multiple tables with trash and plates still remaining on the table as we walked to our table. During the course of our meal one of the large tables never was cleaned off. The physical wall and decorations themselves appeared to have not been cleaned in a few years. The hostess table never acknowledged us as we entered the restaurant. The hostesses workers consisted of two teenagers one male and one female dressed in hoodies with crazy designs on the front as they were literally wrapped up in each other as if they were dating. Very strange. Food was subpar. Very unprofessional atmosphere accompanied with very sanitary conditions. This location will be closed down in a year or less I’m sure of it. Avoid at all cost.
Kind of disappointing how they spend so much time on a variety of menu items and displaying said items so beautifully. But, don't seldom have the most attractive/popular items available. On a much brighter note...☝?The young beautiful AA Female BAR? TENDER that made our drinks today [my apologies for not getting her name ❣️] was definitely A SLAM DUNK!That will bring us back if nothing else! ?06.07.22 @ about 5:45pm
We thought some of their "hand-breaded" fish and chips would be a good lunch to split. The service was excellent, so this is not the servers fault. Welcome to Gorton's from a box cod. If that wasn't the case, it sure looked like it and it was definitely not hand-breaded. It tasted okay, but was not crunchy. The fries (chips) were awful, limp and flavorless. Lastly, their fresh baked rolls were bland. This was a poor experience and we can just mark O'Charley's off the dining list forever.
We came for Mother's Day & we were treated like queens. They had the cutest little set up in the lobby to take pictures & I thought that it was so nice. The food was EXCELENT!! The manager Derrick was Awesome at trying to please us & our waitress, Shanna was so sweet, we really appreciate the customer service that went above & beyond
Waited 14 minutes to be greeted, 44 minutes to get rolls and then… CRASH! All our food was dropped in the back. Neither the server nor manger came over to address that’s what happened. After waiting more time speculating that’s what happened with no check back, addressed with someone who works togo, got permission to leave without paying for drinks and left… after almost an hour. Was there a check in from management? No. Apology? No. Host were rude and on their phones at the host stand as well. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! Have been here plenty of times and enjoyed it, but this experience and the lack of care for the situation has completely turned us off.I was a server all through college and understand this industry, but this was an awful experience and seeing the manger not even utter a word was very telling.
$4 Sauza Margaritas on an outside sign is an attention getter post Covid, even for those who don't like Taquila. Walked in to the clueless hostess just folding away on napkins or whatever it was she was doing, asked her about the $4 Sauza Margaritas, she was clueless and she's a kid so this falls on management for training. I mentioned it, she was puzzled, I then left the restaurant, toke a picture of the sign, reenter restaurant, displayed it to the hostess, who commented that must be another day..?..?.. LOL! I just smiled and told her to get the manager because today is that day. She brought back the bartender, lol, not shocked, yes, youth is wasted on the young and the hostess reminded me of myself at that age, clueless, nice, and willing to work hard at being nice.Cannelle is my bartender and she is spoiling me! I love it! Offered rolls, OMG, fresh baked demons, I mean sweet bread rolls...so warm and delicious, gone! Canelle then runs me through to the specials.I pick the 6 oz Sirloin with crab patty, rice pilaf, and broccoli (yuck). Ordered what I needed, ?. Even the broccoli was done right, warm, fresh, clean, steamed, tender, but snappy. My medium filet was perfect Medium, could have cut it with a butter knife even though it was thick unglued meat and looked more like 1/2 pound after cooking than it did a 6oz precook weighted steak, half of it will be Saturday breakfast. The Crab patty was perfectly balanced and sheared crispy and not burnt. I am from the coast, this one was done right and it was firm and delicious. The rice pilaf was a good add, it was al dente, and that's how I like my rice and pastas.Overall, a great experience due to the way Cannelle treated me and spoiled me. 1/2 my meal is coming home for a delicious breakfast tomorrow.
Went for dinner on Saturday, was greeted as soon as I walked in with a smile. Seated with out a wait even though the dinning room was pretty full. Kim was our Server, she approached within minutes and we had drinks and rolls quickly after. We placed our order, as usual for us there was a few special changes to our meals requested. When our food came out, everything was as requested, and steaks cook correctly. The Manager was always visible and randomly checked on guest. Kim was Pleasant and attentive without being annoying, and our drinks never ran dry. Everything was just the way it should be, which in today's issues is a marvelous feat. Thank you O'Charley's for a pleasant Dinning experience.
We had great service & delicious food! Would recommend & will return!
Our server, Johnny, was great and really fast but the food was not so great. Don't waste your money on the steak mashed potatoes(can't remember the real name of it) but it was one of the upgraded sides. The cedar planked salmon was ok but a little dry and the mashed sweet potatoes you could tell came out of a bag. We literally waited for 2 hours for just ok food. I wouldn't care if we never went back
