I have not been inside for a long time always go through the drive-through window. However, I had to use the restroom, and I was shocked when I walked in the bath was the nastiest I have seen In a while. Makes you wonder about who maybe handling your food.
this was one of the worst drive thru experiences ever. i ordered two meals with drinks for both when i got to the window i asked if they had bbq sauce and the guy who was working the window didn’t say anything so i paid. four minutes later a girl comes to the window and tells us there’s an up charge for the sauce AFTER i had already paid. when they handed me my meals i asked them for my drinks and they had forgotten to make them and acted like they didn’t know i had ordered drinks. i was in the drive thru for a total of 8 minutes and i was the only car in line.
Great staff love the girl that there every morning at the drive thru. She always gets my order right and never forgets what I want in the bag.
They were closed at 6:45am. Hello "Breakfast time " They finally opened at 7 and the service was friendly, the food was average for a waffle house. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for these hard working people. They get up and serve people like you and I. Sometimes dealing with rude or drunk customers that treat them as less, and leave small or no tip for the trouble. They usually have a smile along with your coffee. These are struggling single moms trying to pick up enough tips to pay rent, doctor bills, ect.. Minus one star to Corporate and Owners to protest the low pay rate for these servers. If Corporate Waffel House can raise the menu prices, they can give these hard working servers a realistic wage that they could live on. To expect that anyone can survive on tips alone is as ridiculous as the hourly wage that these people are paid. And you guys probably have no idea why people aren't lined up to with job applications in hand.
Don’t bother. All the fast food places in this shopping center just can’t deliver decent customer service or hot food in a timely manner
I mean as far as a krystal's goes in general, this is a 5 star one!I expected these spots and some others to be a little run down, I think its apart of the experience with Krystal's - I maybe worried if I walked into a super clean one TBH.The staff is so so, but food is deliciously unhealthy aF but so yummy! Its a good cheat food location.
The food is hot and freshly made the egg was tasty on the sunriser sausage was very good. Coffee was hot didn't have a burnt taste to it enjoyed the coffee. I recommend this place for a quick bite or go inside and they will cook you a breakfast to sit down to cook to order no less. Enjoy. Enough said..
Krystal is very nostalgic for me, and it always is priced well for what you get. The food isn't great quality but the service is great and it tastes well enough for me! The sweet tea is always on point as well, so I appreciate that as always ?
