Terrible experience. I went for my lunch break and I walked through the door and it took 5 mins till they took my order which is kind of normal these days but what was terrible about it is the fact that I did not receive my food until 10 mins before my lunch break was over. It took them that long to get my food to me. All after the cashier when taking my order said that I will receive some fresh ones because some had just come up. By the time I actually got them they were barely even warm. This was my last and final visit with this krystals and possibly all.
Went through the drive thru. There was a line so it took a while. Man on drive thru was taking orders for both inside and drive thru. Very short staffed. But the gentleman was upbeat and very polite, once order was taken and I got to the window he had food correct and ready very soon. I have to say that he did a fantastic job!
Service was much better than expected and went over the top to ensure customer quality. 5 Stars!!
Food was fresh and fast. The drive through is a bit awkward to get into at first, but the restaurant itself is clean when I've been in there.
This was one of the most disgusting places I have ate at. The breakfast was cold. The breakfast bowl had cold rubbery grits in it. Looks and tasted like wallpaper paste. The people were friendly about it but for a 4$ bowl of 50c worth of food. I guess I expected better. Will probably never stop in another one.
Employees are very rude .! Takes forever everytime i come here ... Have sat in drive thru for 30 minutes or longer the past 3 times I've came .. Horrible service
Staff was nice and friendly. Only 3 stars because I can't do half of a star. It's a Krystal's , shrugs, you kinda know what cha gonna get.
Area very clean and Kelly was very attentive. Good food and very filling. Not too crowded at 11:45am.
First time visiting and last. Most importantly, only the "cook" wore gloves. My food handled by two more hands before being passed to me, one of the two appeared to be a manager. The person taking my order at the drive-thru seemed not to know the products in order to ring me up. And lastly, I didn't get all of my food but was charged for it, AND didn't get the combo deal on the marquee. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is at least the good was hot.
Pretty much on par with what you'd expect from this chain fast food restaurant.
