Always, ALWAYS, check your bag AND if you have a receipt before leaving!!!Most, if not ALL the times we go to the drive through, we are missing 1-3 items due to their lack of attention especially when you order from both restaurants. In total I'd say me and my family that does order have lost in total $100-200 in the past 2 years from missing mac and cheese, biscuits, tenders, fries, tacos, gorditas, etc. And it is too late to go back to ask for the bought item and useless if you were not given a receipt at all. We lost a whole crunch wrap supreme MEAL today because they weren't paying attention, and it was not at all busy so that cannot be a reason to not pay attention.
Worst location ever. We arrived around 9:20pm and they were saying there was no service because of the system was down. This is the 4th time this month we try to get some KFC, it seams to be impossible to get some at night. And they have the worst attitude. WORST customer service and funny thing is that we barely got service.
I wish I could give 0 stars, service sucked, they gave us old crusty macaroni on top of fresh macaroni, most of the order was wrong. The service typical sucks here won’t be back again.
We recently moved to this area. The food is good when you can get it! I understand the difficulty obtaining staff but you need the pay better! I keep trying to go through drive through with extreme wait times of > 30 minutes. Last night we got close to the window. Staff all disappeared. We sat for 10 min waiting for the car in front of us to be served. We left at that point.
I want to say that the person at the drive-thru sign and window was very good young lady she was pleasant funny and was patient my order came out right hot and delicious the weight wasn't very long I'm very happy I always recommend here good or bad it's a good KFC. Enough said..
Good we tried there chicken sandwich which is great and we also got some Nashville ? chicken tenders loved it, quick well done service at the location as well
Staff at this location too lazy to post accurate dining hours. I wouldn't come here without a car since the drive thru may be the only part open. Very slow service, too.
Food was good except they left part of the order off and by the time we returned for our food we were almost late for our movie.
I visit this KFC often for Chicken Pot Pies. I went there on 11/10/2021 and a gentleman was in the drive thru and he was very matter of fact and he Forgot my drink and most importantly my pot pie!!! The bag was big because I ordered multiple items and never had an issue before. I didn’t realize until I got home, but wasn’t going back out. I tried to call, but the line was busy. Tried to call today and the line is still busy!
Seltzer off in the soda, chicken bland and nasty. What a waste of money.
