KFC, in my opinion is way overpriced! This food is tasty, but oh so unhealthy! And considering that, way too expensive! I like the bowls they offer and their biscuits are great too. But again, so expensive and so unhealthy! It would be great I they offered an organic, pasture raised chicken option! And maybe some other organic options-corn, for instance. Then the prices would really be worth it!
If I could give a negative score I would. This place is dangerous with the food they sell. I went through on the way home and the only thing that was fresh was the cole slaw. The chicken was so dry it had to be at least a day old. The biscuits and fries were so hard you couldn’t bite them. I’m calling the health department to report them.
This was the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had it was so hard and so dry with barely any sauce. It's unbelievable they had a score of 96, that was hard to believe. And they were out of fries at 7:45 p.m. ? not coming to this KFC again ever!
Saturday afternoon around 5:30, every place around was very crowded and we were 8 hours into a 13 hour work day and starving. There wasn’t anyone at this kfc so we stopped for a quick bite before hitting the road again. As we walk in there’s a woman in her 60’s cleaning the dining area and says she’ll be right with us. She finished cleaning, washed hands and took our orders. Then she went to the back to prepare our orders. No less than five other employees are standing around not doing anything while this one lady is doing all of the work. 18 minutes go by when she returns with a coworkers food and says that she’s still working on mine. Five minutes later, we have to go as we are now running late. When I went to the counter the woman asks what it was I had ordered and I replied that I need a refund. Suddenly mr manager comes out of nowhere to do his job and tried to get me to allow them to make my order. I made it clear that the window for that has expired and I need a refund so I can leave. We went back and forth and after I started losing patience and cursing, he immediately pivoted “make me go through corporate for my damn refund”. I shut up and let my coworker deal with him. After we left, my coworker opened up his mac and cheese and it was refrigerator cold. The older woman was trying her best but every other person working that shift is worthless and shouldn’t be employed.
Ordered through Uber eats and my order got canceled three different times. I tried calling the location about 10 times and no one answered. Ultimately, I was unable to order dinner because it was too late after they canceled my orders one and a half hours later. Do not recommend.
They were obviously short staffed but were trying. I lucked out because the guy in front of me was ordering the same thing I wanted so I told him to drop 2. I think the MOD was pretty much at his wits end. He didn't handle the customer complaints very well. Unfortunately, they were out of a lot of items, there was no ice in the drink machine, & most of the sodas were out. They would have been better off to close the dining room and go drive-thru only. At least until they could catch up.
My food was fresh and service was fast. None of the booth tables had been wiped down but I was able to eat at one of the tall tables.
We ordered our food through doordash. Only part of the order was given to the driver. Apparently the staff did not feel like making food to sell.
Out of chicken again. This restaurant is so poorly managed and the employees don't want to work. Several times I have been to the location on Cherokee Street in Acworth and they claim they are completely out of chicken. How can you run out of everything???
Always something with this particular location I try to give them time to change it up but it never fails and I’m not a complainer I love giving credit where credit is due but the food just wasn’t up to par
