I just came in there and took out my really bad day on everyone that worked there and they were nothing but professional!I always get great food and service there

I visited your Acworth location about 6:15 PM on May 20th.I have to say it wasn't a good experience. The staff are very rude and short with you.Not everyone orders on the App and just picks up the order and goes.Some people still want to come inside and order and maybe even eat at a table.There was a black girl stacking the metal dining chairs directly behind me when I was trying to order my sandwich from the guy,and she was literally slamming the chairs and dragging them across the floor,so loud I couldn't hear the guy making my order.At one point I had to ask him if the girl was mad cause she really seemed like it.And it was only 6:30PM,so you shouldn't be closing down the inside dining that early when you are open till 9 PM.Ashley the girl who rang up the order seemed to think it was funny that her coworker was being so rude.And when I was getting my drink prepared the same rude girl that made all the racket with the chairs, kept shooting me dirty looks.It's so obvious these employees don't want to be there and just could care less about being any kind of professional .Not sure if the guy who prepared my sandwich was a manager or not,but he clearly didn't seem to mind the 2 girls behaving so rudely.The sandwich itself was just ok.The mini roll was quite hard,and there was hardly any mayo on the bread,so it was super dry.You have a few other sandwich shops nearby so there are other options nearby.In fact,a brand newMcAllister deli just opened down by kroger.Doubt I would return to this location, as I just don't like people being rude,if you don't want to work in service then get a different job.

Whoever the owners are need to wake the hell up. This is a joke. Three pierced faced idiots couldn't take an order with one person in line. Complete joke. These people are sabotaging your business.

This place gets a negative zero for me. My daughter and I ate here this week and had the worst case of food poisioning EVER. Please DO NOT eat here!!! They need to be shut down and inspected IMMEDIATLEY!!!!

Owner and manager Timothy Woodhoke did not show good customer service, I have went to this restaurant several times and use my BOGO when I ever had one. And it never has a bar code and he always honor my coupon, now on this particular day he would not honor due to a bar code not being present. I was disappointed in the inconsistency and the fact that he was the person that rung me up two time prior. Will not visit a this location again and will make sure my company know of the inconsistency. Stay away if you want good customer service, the manager or so called owner was not having a good day and took my luncg time due to the wait.

Ordered a sub with the gluten free bread, upon arrival, was told they don’t have the Udi’s gluten free bread and would not give a refund but offered a cookie (not gluten free) and a tray of meat. Obviously not sufficient but the staff did not care. Won’t be back.

Went on a Saturday night to get sandwiches. It was 8:25 (all sites say they are open till 9) and 2 employees were in there and it was closed. Very unprofessional

I’ve been eating at this location since they opened. They started out good but have been steadily going downhill. Customer service is pitiful. This is clearly a group of people that hate their jobs. Whoever owns this franchise better do something quick. Do not waste your money at this place. Go somewhere else where your business is appreciated.

I WISH I COULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS!ABSOLUTELY hands down the worse service ever! As soon as my husband and I walked in to place our order the African American young lady who was also working the grill had an attitude. The Caucasian young lady who rang our order up was not far from having an attitude as well just not as bad as the initial young lady. If you don't want to work seek other employment not only are you ruining the customer's experience you're also ruining the owners business! I should have just followed my intuition and ordered from Chick-fil-A. The service is consistently good and everyone is ALWAYS polite! With that being said I will be sure to tell my fellow nurses, doctors and ancillary staff as well as the firefighters, captains and chiefs my husband works along side to NEVER and I do mean never patronize this or any other Jersey Mike's establishment!!!

Door and website state closing time at 9PM. My family arrived at 6:30PM. “Open” sign was off and all tables and chairs were put up. Placed our order and asked about dining inside and was told that we were not able too because they have roaches. They can serve you food but the roaches do not welcome visitors. I’d move on to option number two on your choices.
