Customer service was good. Fries and shake delicious. But my burger was incorrect. I called back and they promised to correct it.
I hadn't been to a Red Lobster in several years, and the food pretty much tasted how I remembered. The thing that surprised me was the pricing. It's a hell of a lot more expensive.

Closed an hour early with 5 people on staff.I drove 20 min, noted “New Hours” on the door, which I was still within. Passed people eating on the way to the counter to be told that because of lack of staff, the hours posted online, and on the door, and in the store wouldn’t be adhered to. A whole hour early…..they’re packing up. It’s the most expensive fast food burger you can possibly get, why can’t this company afford to pay for consistent staff?
