Such an excellent meal. Sophisticated atmosphere, exquisite food and large portions. My waiter, Manuel was so friendly, helpful and personable. I had the Trout Meuniere which was absolutely superb.
The food was amazing. Your flavor palate went into overdrive. Compliments to the chef. Our waiter Hasaan was amazing. Will definitely return.

Fish Thyme is my favorite restaurant for quality and flavorful seafood! I love getting the North Georgia trout and truffle fries. The food and experience is always amazing! I encourage you to make reservations because this restaurant is crowded because of the great service and cuisine. Additionally this is a black owned and family owned establishment.
This restaurant is a hidden gem. It deserves a Michelin star, the atmosphere is beautiful and the food and service is superb. In all the times we have gone there we have never been disappointed.
Love the food, service and decor. We had the fried alligator, fried green tomatoes, Cesar salad, and the bruschetta which were are amazingly delicious. Our main entrée's were the stuffed salmon with crab, trout, lobster tail, fried shrimp, fried Catfish all were exceptionally and seasoned to perfection. Hands down the best dining experience. We drove up from Chattanooga, Tn for the day to celebrate my two aunts birthdays who flew in from Chicago. Well worth the drive and flight...
A yr after my 1st review, FT still very good. Now I got the parm/potato encrusted flounder w/ superfood medley & spinach. Delicious - as was 4-cheese crab dip app & chocolate Charlotte (both shared).
The ambiance of this gem of a restaurant is enough to draw you in - but the food - woo-hoo!! I had the crabcakes which had PLENTY of crab meat in them - a pet peeve of mine when it's mostly bread. Our server was WONDERFUL. We told her right away that my daughter has a gluten allergy so every time she ordered food - she'd say, yes you're good with that or not. The food highlight had to be dessert. My husband and I had the warm pineapple cake with ice cream, my daughter the creme brulee and our friends the toasted strawberry shortcake. All that considered, the price wasn't scary at all. I highly recommend if you're in the area!
Excellent seafood restaurant in Acworth. We've lived in Marietta for over 10 years and had not heard about this place until recently. It's been around over 3 years and is definitely a popular spot, had to search for a parking spot in their huge parking area and hads to wait a short 45 mins which was not hard to do because they have an excellent bar with lots of great drink options. Great place for date night or special occasions. Large inside seating area and outside tables w/ a few fireplaces. The food and service was excellent. Highly recommend you check this place out. They are closed on Monday & Tuesdays and close at 10pm so arrive early and get in line.
This was the first time my wife and I dined at Fish Thyme, and we were both impressed. The service was top-notch in every respect -- our server was knowledgeable, helpful, attentive but not intrusive. He was helpful in recommending specific dishes on the menu. The food was outstanding -- the mussels, the swordfish, the trout meuniere -- all were well-prepared with great flavors. The homemade key lime pie was the perfect ending to our experience. We'll be back!
