Third time in two weeks that we have been given the wrong order. This made my daughter late for school today. Rushing people through does you no good if you can never get the order right. No way to call or anything. It just goes to a recording.
It was our favorite dunkin location. Today didn't hit the mark. Our refreshers were switched with a different flavor which is completely understandable as they were out. It happens. No big deal at all. However, I also ordered 2 orders of hashbrowns and 4 bacon/cheese wake up wraps for me and my toddler. He loves the roll ups and since they don't have them anymore I found a good hack for it.We received NO FOOD. literally none of the items were delivered.PLEASE make sure your delivery drivers have BOTH bags of an order PLEASE.Uber made it easy for refunds but this definitely put a bad light on giving this location any business.
The new morning crew sucks and afternoons is why we make our cold coffee at home now. Take some pride in your job instead of rushing. Slow down guys. The good old crew has left the building.

Dunkin’ Donut is a great place for a quick cup of coffee and some donuts. We stop at many of them as we travel, a little pick me up.On this visit the man who took our order made our stop even more special. He was treated us so nice, he made us feel welcomed. Thank you very much for making our day better!

It's an okay location, fore warning its a 84 B health score!! I been going here for 4 years, cause its the ONLY spot on this side of town at all. I wish they would build their own location, the gas station gets insanely crowded, I often do not sit in line because people will cut infront of you, or need you to move so they can get out of the spots, or honk non stop till you move to get where they want to get.The coffee is a hit or miss on being delicious vs clearly old AF.The food almost never gets made correctly - expect that.However is only location, and they seem to pay well because they have tons of employees always working. Any place that pays well gets my support, locally most hire in the 15/hr range so speaks good on this place they have so many employees choosing them.
Everyone at this location was amazing today!!!! They were kind and patient with my niece, who wanted all the sprinkles on her donut.
Rough morning at the Dunkin' that included an overcharge, and a bagel bag being thrown on the counter by an angry bagel toaster that apparently uses a flame thrower to prepare food. I ordered 2 bagels toasted and a dozen donuts, 3 of which were specialty donuts. My total was 28$. I questioned the total. They said it was because of the specialty donuts and then totaled it again. This time it was 24$. I paid, looked at the receipt, and I had been charged for 12 individual donuts. Once again I questioned the total and while my appeal was under review, the bagel toaster approached and tossed my bagel bag on the counter and stormed off. The donuts are good. The bagel disintegrated into ash.
