Coming from being 20 minutes away I go and pick up my order without checking I naturally gave them the benefit of the doubt and guess what receive all the wrong order and after going so far down the road get it when I finally made it home and realized what happened I said in my mind never again Domino's will never received my money again to make a long story short I'll call and confirm all my food was done when I was driving down there to pick it up they reassured me it was it it just come out that's some reassurance to receive the wrong order

We have ordered from this location at least a dozen times and every order has been perfect and delivered quickly. Thank you Cedarcrest Dominos!!

I really liked the driver and felt he was doing very best he could in life, thank you for the human aspect!!!

Accidentally placed my order for tomorrow instead of tonight and they were more than obligatory and it was ready in 15 minutes. Will definitely be back. Thanks for saving dinner tonight yall

Ordered 5 pizzas online - didn't see where I could choose GF for one of them, so I paid full price and called back and asked to update one of them to GF crust. The manger (not general manager) said she couldn't do that. Ok, that's it! I swear I'm done giving these establishments my money. I'm over it. Its NOT THAT HARD. Exchange a medium I paid for - for a SMALL GF. Y'all make out. What's the problem!!

Usually this location is pretty good. We’ve eaten here 2x in the past month and had unfortunate experiences. We always carry out. Maybe it’s due to the pandemic with the understaffing situation but I ordered from the app at 5:07 Tuesday night. The app said it would be finished between 5:30-5:40 pm. when we were there we arrived at 5:25 pm. I brought my kids to watch them make the pizzas. The manager was making the pizzas with another employee. The manager was getting frustrated because he asked for more cheese but yelled it across the store and none of the other employees heard him. He was also yelling at the other employees to answer the phones. Then I overheard the other employees getting frustrated with the man making the pizzas because he was “putting them in the oven in the wrong order”. So when the pizzas came out they were coming out all in the wrong order thus making it very confusing for everyone. There was terrible communication by the employees. 2 people making pizzas and wings, 3 people boxing up pizzas and managing the front. So ultimately there was a stack of 15 finished pizzas in boxes but not labeled and no one knew whose they were or who they were supposed to go to. I eventually took my kids back to the car to sit and watch a show because they were getting hangry. Yes, hanger is a real thing. Needless to say my pizza was cold by the time I got it at 6 pm. I was tempted to go back there and ask them if I could help and get them organized. Tensions were high but I wouldn’t want to work in that kind of environment getting yelled at by my boss that way.

If you like employees tipping themselves you'll love ordering from this location. I typically don't tip anymore at this dominos because the last time I left a generous tip the delivery driver left my pizza on the ground in front of my steps. Instead of it being on the front porch so of course every creature and bug was all over my food. I ordered from this place yesterday on 12/18/2021 and my total was $16.93. Before you place your order the "no tip" button is already selected for you and I saw my order total in plain site. It's even in the email and my paper receipt didn't even reflect a tip. I checked my bank statement today and somehow there is a $7 charge added on to my order out of thin air. I called today and I didn't get no good explanation on how this happened. $7 isn't much to trip on but it's the principal of the matter. The manager tried to convince me that its added on later but when i tested it out just a few minutes ago the entire order total shows the tip included. You actually have to press a button for that. Neither the manager or employee could tell me what went wrong. Granted I was given a full refund I just don't like the fact that my money was being played with. I will not be ordering from this location anymore.

I am so disgusted at this location. I have tried calling numerous times. They answer the phone and immediately hang up. I ask to speak to the manager. I was told she was busy and could here the guy Darrell telling her I was on the line wanting to speak to the manager. She is not management material. This is the worst location I have ever tried to order from. I will file formal complaints with district managers. As neither of them should have a job!

Service was good and pizza was good and hot

This pizza was amazing! Really great service from the delivery person.
