I ordered from this Dominos on the app at four o clock. I waited for almost two hours and didn’t receive anything. I called them and they delivered it to the wrong house so they told me they would make another one and then send it my way so I said OK and I hung up. After that phone call i waited again for about another hour. By this time it was about 7 o clock and I was fed up and called for a refund in which they seemed very confused as to why i wanted one. They then said It was set to carry out instead of delivery (I don’t understand why they didn’t tell me that 3 phone calls ago). So I went to pick it up by 7:15-7:25 and they handed me the wrong order. I ordered one cheese pizza and cheese bread. They gave me 3 bacon pizzas and wings. I was so fed up with their mistakes I just gave up. This dominos is so poorly ran if i could give them 0 stars i would.

I wish I could leave a -5 star review. The "manager on duty", Erin, should not be allowed to work with customers. Her behavior is appalling. After placing an order for pick-up she flat out refused to honor the coupon that was emailed to me from her establishment. When I asked her to honor the discount she was extremely short and rude. I had my card in my hand and repeatedly stated that I was there to pay for my carry out order. She refused to make eye contact as she slammed around orders in the kitchen. She then dropped the boxes on the counter and pivoted in one quick motion away from the counter where I was waiting (with my card in hand) to pay. I then asked her if she was planning on taking my payment to which she curtly rolled her eyes and replied "its already paid for." I assured her it was not and reminded her that I had come in person to pay (as I had previously stated 3 or 4 times). She glared at me and told me verbatim, "I would like you to pay and leave." I told her I was "sorry if you're having a bad day", to which she replied "I was having a good day, its clear that you're having a bad day." I was taken aback. I asked her if there was a manager on duty. She declared that she is the manager. I am in disbelief that a company so concerned with public image would employ a person so unpleasant and unapproachable.

Raven store manager.I order two pizzas and had to order them one at a time because it was not giving me the option to pay in cash which it was the only option I had at the moment. The driver was super nice telling me they canceled my order because they thought it was duplicate. I never got a call a text or a voice message about it. When I called Raven the store manager she said she did call. So I told her that I needed my other pizza that there was a reason why I ordered my pizza the was I did. I told her that I was not looking for a discount or a free anything only that I needed the other pizza because it was a kids Birthday party and I only fed half. She told me she didn’t feel safe sending the driver because I was upset about not getting my other pizza. Wow wow wow. I was always willing to pay for the pizza I just needed it there sooner then 40 mins. Mind you I live less then 2 Mila from the place.Never again!!!

Wildly inconsistent. One night they're great, and the next week they're serving cold soggy pizza. We always order the same thing, and always carryout. Whoever is making the pizzas is just slipping ingredients on. The only thing consistent about this place is their inability to actually cut a pizza all the way through.

I ordered a large pizza with extra pepperoni, extra cheese and extra bacon for almost $12, and the pizza looked burnt. There was no extra anything and it looked like it was sitting for a long time and overcooked. I was throughly disappointed and had to speak to the manager. At first they tried to say that this is how it was suppose to look. I don't know how they like their food, but I do not eat food like that none the less pay for it. Will not be back.

I never give reviews but tonight after leaving this store I'm not only leaving a review I will absolutely not stop until the shift manager Erin(no last name ) is no longer working there. I have been living in Acworth for 17 years and I have never experienced what I did with this store until tonight. I wish I could give 0 stars everyday to post better believe i will tell everyone my story to EVERYONE I know. You never know who someone knows. Working in customer service environment it's important you treat your costumers accordingly, Erin no last name must have missed that part of the video when she was hired.

Been ordering delivery from this location for a couple years now. Every order has been correct and delivered as promised. Food is very good and the drivers have been courteous. Appreciate our local Dominos doing good work ?

I am just going to stop ordering out!!! These Fast Food Restaurants are so horrible!!!!!! I don’t usually eat dominoes pizzas but while my grand was at practice I googled the pizza place that was near me and this popped up!!! Never again! Horrible

I just want to applaud this location. We ordered our pizzas and online it gave us a 45 minute delivery time. This store was kind enough to call us immediately and let us know that the app was quoting inaccurate times. They said it would be much longer than that due to staffing issues beyond their control. They nicely asked if we wanted to wait, if we preferred to change to pickup or if we wanted to cancel the order. We decided to cancel and they refunded our money. They were very polite the entire time. Most companies would have just left us hanging. Thank yo Acworth Dominos personnel and management! We will be ordering again!

pizza took over an hour to arrive. Dominos offered me 60 rewards points to make up for it. I don't have a Dominos account. this place can kick rocks.
