Went there for dessert on mother's day. My order was wrong. Gave me a melted blizzard without the extra toppings I asked for. Also there drink machine was out of every flavor. Then told me they didn't have any more chocolate ice cream left. I let them know I wanted my money back . I waited and waited for a refund. Said something twice about getting my refund. . I was told that they were to busy and I would have to wait even longer. Ummm no. I want my refund. I have been standing here waiting. Sorry sir can't give it to you now.Worse service ever. Extremely disappointed in this location . The service or shall I say lack of. The store was filthy . There staff did not seem trained . And I am not only one that had issues while I was there. I ended up leaving without a refund. I won't be back to that location. I would have given no stars.

Took my wife and grandsons for a treat. Service was fast and friendly. Tables were cleaned and sanitized as soon as one was vacated. Fair prices.
Food was great service was ok i had 3 people say welcome To me before someone came up and actually took my order 2 min later. I was the only customer in the store. Then why I'm at the tablewaiting to eat they're mopping the entire dining room area with a very strong cleaner. Speaking from someone who has lung issues I almost had to leave but then he stopped because more customers came in. I would think that should have been done the night before or prior to unlocking the door.
For a new location, the drive thru wait time is atrocious. I’ve been several times in the late afternoon and have waited at least 25 minutes in line each time. The staff appears to have little to no knowledge of their menu and you have to repeat your order at least 2 times before you can get it correct. I’ve only ordered blizzards from this location, which makes the repeating of my order even more maddening. Do better, management! You’ve got a great location, now make sure your staff is trained well.
They cancelled my order twice when I ordered through Uber Eats. When I call the location to see what the hell is going on, it keeps ringing, they don’t pick up! I filed a formal complaint with their HQ regarding this! I would give them ZERO stars if possible!
Our receipt had no. 2 on it and we expected them to call that number. Instead they called the number on the menu item we ordered. The burger and fries were very salty. Would not recommend. If this owner wants to be successful he needs to get employees who have experience and are aware of their appearance in the food industry. After viewing the cook, I didnt want to order anything but my husband really wanted to try it. Employees not friendly at all.
I have an egg allergy daughter and these idiots in here tried to tell me the other ice cream has egg. My daughter screaming crying in the back along with my son after waiting in line for 20 minutes. They don’t check their allergens. They don’t know what you’re talking about. We’ve been eating dairy queen safely for eight years. Beware..
Banana split blizzard had no banana no chocolate icecream topping almost no strawberry and very little pineapple apparently it's no better than the old location
Just left this location. I was dissatisfied with the amount of ice cream I received in a med vanilla cup w/rainbow sprinkles. I visited this location yesterday and received more ice cream than the amount I just received. I also ordered a cookie dough blizzard that was given to me with ice cream dripping down the side of the cup. I asked the two young ladies in the drive-thru if this a medium sized cup? They replied “yes.” I didn’t want to cause an argument, so I left and I told them I may not be returning to this location. I will gladly drive the extra 15 minutes to the Kennesaw location.
