Stopped by while traveling. We ordered 3 pieces of chicken and some French fries..The chicken was too well done. It was hard to bite. The FF was good, we only ate 1 piece. Hard to chew.
We were traveling late and stopped for dinner 30 minutes before they closed. The drive thru line was around the building and it was fairly busy inside as well. Everyone was working hard and seemed to truly care! The manager was pumping up his staff, which was cool to see too! Our orders were exactly right (no tomato!) and they were efficient, even with as busy as it was. They were clearly going to be there past closed and everyone still had a great attitude. Great job!!
This was by far the best food I’ve had in a long time. First let me say coming from the lake my family and I have passed Culver’s several times but was always hesitant on stopping because of the lines. Well we got our chance today. Right before we were walking in Addie greeted us outside as she was walking in also. At that point we were like wow getting great customer service already. Once we got to the counter Addie took our order and gave GREAT recommendations. One being the cod. She was super friendly and that is one reason why we enjoyed our visit. We will definitely be back and we are so happy that we gave Culver’s a try.
Food was top notch service was great. I was the last customer of the night and that did damper my experience with the restaurant in any way whatsoever. As a matter of fact I had gotten me a Culver's concrete mixer I believe and they messed up and we're supposed to put Oreo in with my cookie dough. And one of the employees messed up so he turned around and made me brand new one the right way without any hesitation was very polite about it. And my food had just freshly been cooked everything was amazing and hot and fresh with not one slack in any quality whatsoever. It was so good and I had such a great time I went back to very next day for the exact same thing. This is a top notch five star restaurant fast food chain if I've ever seen one!!! Loved loved loved everything about Culvers!!! Highly recommended!!!
This was my husband's 1st time trying it since we are Canadians & we don't have this restaurant back home. We absolutely loved it! Such an upgrade from regular fast food chains. The milk shakes were hand made same with the burger not frozen assembly line meat.We will definitely be going back again next winter on our way down to Florida.
Your basic Culver’s quality and speed. Everything was good and hot but the fish sandwich didn’t come with any tartar sauce like I asked. No big deal I could’ve went in and ask for some but I was in a hurry so, overall satisfied with my visit
Very good! The burgers are smash style and very fresh! I had the Double Butter Burger basket and fried cheese curds. They have their own brand of root beer as well. I'm both surprised and happy that this restaurant chain has made it all the way to the south. The staff was very helpful in suggesting my first Culver's meal and it did not disappoint. I overheard the manager explaining how the restaurant works to a potential employee and I can tell he is knowledgeable and really cares for the restaurant he is running. I drove an hour to get here and I'll do it again.
Do yourself a favor and avoid the drive thru and don't expect a correct order. After you pay you then are directed to pull forward or park to the side if parking is available. There's no rhyme or reason to it so the poor kid running out orders has to guess where the person is haphazardly parked. Now let's get to the actual food. The lemonade is awful, very watered down. They didn't get my burger right - not even close. I asked for lettuce, tomato, pickles and ketchup. I got onions and mayo ?? WOW! I waited a total of 40 minutes for incorrect food. First and last time coming here. Skip this place, they're a hot mess, not worth it. Edit: Food tastes meh. The patty was crunchy, let that sink in - CRUNCHY. Can we say over cooked? The pretzel bites were hard and felt stale or like they had been sitting under a hot lamp for a while, could only eat the few. Flavor was bland. I ended up dipping my fries in the cheese dip, which wasn't something to write home about, just your generic cheese dip. Fries were the best part, buy only because they weren't over cooked.
When this place opened up- it was like pure heaven for fast food restaurants. It has steadily gone downhill and today's was just awful. Food not prepared like I ordered, came out cold, and now my ice cream came out completely melted and they handed it to me like I wanted to eat that ?♀️
I stumbled across this place for the first time, and I was looking for this out of bonds taste of butter; however, it was majorly basic. It packed seasoning on the patties and there was no butter on the buttery buns. The sweet tea was completely unsweet and bland. This was indeed good beef, but it takes more than good beer to produce a great tasting burger.
