The pollo asada bowl. Topped with queso and salsa verde. Yum yum!!
They do s great job! Food is always fresh and hot! The staff is friendly and they deliver if you would rather stay at home! Never had a bad meal here!! Easy to find on 41, it is in the parking lot of Home Depot!
Got the steak salad. While it was technically pretty good steak the amount of sour cream and guacamole left it swimming in liquid and not enough lettuce to soak up any of it. The staff was courteous and got us through the line quickly. Restaurant was clean.
This was one of the worst meals I’ve had from this chain. This particular location did not have brow rice or the corn. The server had to leave the line to mix up more brown rice, (the worker was awesome, doing several jobs at one time) and she is the only reason I’m giving it a 2 star instead of 1. I understand the supply chain may be discombobulated and restaurants may not get their supplies, but please be honest with your customers, like, “we apologize for any inconvenience, due to blah blah, we do not have blah blah available today.” I would not have felt jilted with my purchase.
They can't get an order right. I ordered a veggie burrito with guac, and they gave me a burrito with just meat, beans and cheese. Instead of remaking it correctly, the lady decided to argue with me that the order was entered wrong. A waste of money.
Love that they are an option for eating out while doing Whole30. Honestly I didn't like them 15 years ago when I first tried them and never went back. But now I tried something different and it was delicious. I also love that they use yellow and orange peppers since I'm not a fan of green.
On Saturday, I walked in to the Cartersville GA Chipolte excited to use a gift card I was given for Christmas. I walked up to the line and started to place my order when the person behind the counter told me it was cash only because their computers were down. I had no cash. I asked if this applied to their gift cards and the said yes and they their computers would be down until Monday. I only $11.00 on the card so I asked if I could just give them the card and they could run it on Monday. They said no and said I could come back on Monday to use the card. This did not sit well with me since technically they already had my money when my wife bought the card. To to not be able to redeem the card was unacceptable. If nothing else they should have given me my meal free instead of sending me away empty handed. They missed an opportunity to demonstrate customer service.
Was trying to do an Uber Eats order delivery from this restaurant a couple of nights ago, and I was standing near the "Pick Up" place but no food was there any nobody was helping me, so I entered the line to order and ask for the food, and one of the works had the audacity to tell me to stand near the "Pick Up" area next time, even though I did and nobody came to me. Completely unprofessional on her part. For Uber Eats Drivers, you guys need to be more consistent with order pick ups.
Ordered a burrito bowl and taco with a side of queso for dinner via the web. Order was being bagged as I arrived. Used the drive-up window; very convenient.Food tasted good. Queso wasn't super "tasty", but then queso doesn't really have much taste, does it? Bowl was very good with a LOT of food. Only ate half for dinner; having the rest tonight.The only issue I have is the taco. It was rather expensive for when I got. I got some tacos for my wife from Taco Hell and they weren't much different from the Chipotle one, tho way cheaper.So in the future, I'll get my bowls from Chipotle and tacos from Moe's if I want a lot of food or Taco Bell for a quick bite.
Pre ordered a sofritas, plant based bowl and they ran out of sofritas. Had to pick an alternative, which I didn’t mind. The chicken was way too salty for my liking. 3/5 Review because of the taste.
