Food was Amazing we both got a burger was flavor to perfection
Decent burger, but french fries were not hot nor fresh. Service was almost non-existent. Water & drink glasses & the empty catsup bottle were empty & never refilled, even though we placed them at the end of the table. Staff checked on adjacent tables multiple times, but not once were we asked if anything was needed. I have literally dined at a Chili's over 1000 times through the years & this is the worst I have ever experienced.
The third time I’ve ordered from chillis and it’s been messed up. The first time they forgot the sauce on the chicken fajitas. The second time when I asked for extra cheese and paid for it, I got none. The third time, tonight, I notice there was no cheese and no fajitas. When I walked back inside and mentioned this, the to go girl walks off. She does bring me fajitas shells and cheese but there was no apology for the matter of inconvenience. Kitchen manager can’t be too detail oriented or be doing too good of a job. They can’t be bothered to double check orders.
Our experience at this specific chilis has never been that great. But yesterday 02/21/22 was great! The new manager went above & beyond in making sure we were good, we also noticed him being attentive to other families! Thank you so much for the awesome customer service!!
We were seated right away and received quality, friendly service. Our drinks were in point and was good.. Nice choice for our mud week outing!!
I have gone to this location 3x already and the food is good, but some of the stuff I've gotten hasn't been all that great, hence why I only give 4 stars. I have gotten the smokehouse combo where I got the jalapeño sausage & chicken fingers but the fingers were stale & very hard, but the sausage is the best thing there. I love their salsa & chips, but the ribs are not that good either, as my bf had gotten them once and it wasn't good, but the bartender promised him good ribs the 2nd time we went & he delivered... The bartender that is there when we are is awesome & always makes sure we are good everytime!. He is very polite and nice. He also knows how to make one bussin margarita!..
Value packed menu! Food quality at this location has improved significantly over time. Service was excellent. All employees were especially friendly and helpful last visit.
Yes! Such nice staff who truly are truly running Booty off. WAY TO GO. Know especially now, staffing, volume and cheap tippers make the job no fun at times.
It was pretty decent. The servers were nice but the burger was $10 and honestly only okay. Not bad but only okay. The menu is kinda confusing at first since I'm used to usually ordering to go.
Just ate here and quite literally got the best service we've ever had at a restaurant from our waiter Armando. Dining experiences everywhere would be much more pleasant if all waiters and waitresses were that good. He was friendly, energetic, and extremely attentive. This isn't even our local Chili's but we will go out of our way to come to this location and ask to be in his section as long as he's working there. I don't care what he makes - he deserves more. Thank you for the best service we've ever had.
