Usually don’t post these but went to this chick fil a today with my small child. The curbside employee rudely rushed me and my kid out of their way (legitimately almost knocked my kid over, and no I’m not exaggerating.) when walking into the restaurant. I asked him why he could not wait for us to walk in considering we were ahead of him. And he said he did not have the time to wait behind a kid. I told him that was very rude and he should learn more manners when working in this industry. Not pleased with this considering how polite experiences at chick fil a usually are.
I wanted to eat healthy so I ordered a grilled chicken deluxe sandwich. The bun was stale and broke apart in crumbles. Lettuce and tomato were old and wilted. Chicken was dry. A big disappointment after eating here many times before and just got the regular fried chicken sandwich. I had no problems with the original sandwich. I was unable to take it back as I was already back on the road heading to an appointment.
This was my first time at this location. There was literally nobody in line or circling the building when I pulled up. The associate taking my order told me that I needed to circle the building despite there being nobody in line. I verbalized understanding, and then she proceeded to tell me a couple more times about this rule. I really did not need to be scolded today. Disappointing, as Chick-fil-A is usually the best when it comes to customer service and food for lunch.
Chick-fil-A in general is an awesome fast food restaurant! This is my local one, and I and my family go there often. The last time we went, my wife picked up our food which had been ordered through the app. They forgot one sandwich, which never happens. We went back the next day and told them about it, and they gave it to us no questions asked. Great service, great food!
Decided to Dine in and Stopped for a quick Dinner. The place was empty, just a few people eating. Drive thru line wrapping around the building as usual but moving consistently. Very nice and welcoming person behind the counter. Scanned my club card and order was swift. I was told I could take a seat and they would bring my drink right away. Before I got comfortable, my drink arrived with a Smile and another kind greeting and asking if I needed anything else. Food arrived soon after. #1 with Lemonade. The cashier mentioned I had enough points for a free Sandwich. I just casually mentioned to check in on me later if the first one didn't fill me up. Didn't think anything of it until I was almost done and she returned to see how everything was and did I need that second one. Didn't think she would have done that, but yes a long day equals two Chick-fil-A sandwiches. Very pleasant experience and an extra Natural lemonade refill with the Free Sandwich!!!
It's pretty much a given that the drive thru line wraps at least once around the building. nearly flawless order accuracy, last visit they forgot the wife's tortilla soup so had to park and go inside. even with that set back, the wait was not proportionate to the huge volume of customers and I was soon on my way home. thanks to the fiercely dedicated crew.
Did not complete order properly spent almost $40 all the fries were undercooked so they weren’t crispy, gave use 3 package of catch up for a 5 people order and my wife asked for a crispy wrap and received a grilled. All I wanted was Extra pickles got one more than the normal two. Really The under cooked French fries is what started this review.
Our first time in a Chick-fil-a in well over an year and a half. I don’t do Drive-Thru. It was good. Different than pre-Covid, but good.
This is the only place in ackworth I haven't had a bad experience with, and I've been going here for a little longer than a year. Amazing people, good food, and great service. Coming from a fast food employee, idk what they get paid but they deserve more.
I’m a huge a chick fil a fanboy but this is the worst chick fil a experience I ever had. I usually don’t check the bag till I get home because they are usually good about getting the order right. I got offensively bad soggy fries that were over salted. No straw for my drink. The chicken sandwich was decent but still bad for chick fil a standards. Another bonus half of the staff were wearing their masks under their chin. Either wear them or take them off. For context I order an hour before closing so I’m assuming they stopped caring near closing. This is the first and last time I’ll visit this location. Good Luck!
