05/01/2022, 7:30ish PM: I went inside for a break and eat in. I ordered my usual and in a few minutes the lady brought my plater to me and advised me she personally counted the pickles and went over the order and everything should be accurate. Everything was PERFECT and Accurate, Wow. What a nice change. She also informed me that she went to the app and just as I had said the description lists pickles and she apologized for that error. She is always nice and right now her name eludes me. Sorry. 04/16/2021: 6PM: With their accuracy history I decided to eat in again. Drive through 2 days earlier, $22 with Celiac order, got home with buns crammed on both grilled chickens, no ordered pickles or Tomatoes. Today, $11. Ordered Deluxe Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Extra pickles, Extra Tomatoes, No Lettuce, Med Waffle - No Salt, Diet Coke, on App fine inside from my table. From past long history of incompetence I then went up front and advised front end manager of the order and I was tired of my waffles being cold when my order was finally corrected. My order was brought to my table. One pickle. Went back to her and she brought pickles to table. Then some guy finally arrived with my dirt coke Nasty. Not Diet Coke. Went back up front and switched that out. As usual, Waffle fries and sandwich are both cold. These people at this unit can't get their pull ups on in the proper direction. $11 dollars for that g up and $22 for the f up Thursday night. Same EVERY TRIP. Sat there as usual and watched drive through customer after drive through customer park, come in with a bag or sandwich that was either wrong sandwich, not built correctly or missing items. This happens all day long every day at this location # Acworth. The only unit that messes up our order between Atlanta and Knoxville. It must be a tradition. The company as a whole does not serve waffle fries before 10:30AM, dumb. Their primary item and money maker not being available until after 10:30AM. As others, I do not care for the nasty tots. Years ago they cut out carrot salad, slaw and chicken salad so the waffle fries are our ONLY reason to go to this cult. But they have added High Calorie, High Gluten, Super High Margin Mac and Cheese If I want GOOD or GREAT Chicken sandwiches I also have other Great options like Bo Jangles, Popeyes, Zaxby's but Chick is closer. The kids at This particular Chick unit just cannot get an order going through the drive through correct. Major mistakes in your bag when you get to your destination. Gluten Free, No Bun means slam on a Gluten Bun Extra Pickles and Tomatoes means a piece of chicken on a bun. Side filet means No fillet. Got pics. Not what was on the pick ticket and what is in the two other pics. I wrote a complaint last night but this happens on a regular basis and Like most people I don't write a complaint. Bad service starts with Franchise Owners to Management, Not these kids. Poop rolls Downhill.
Who doesn’t love Chick fil a?! Everything is great here! Very friendly staff! Food is piping hot in the drive thru so it stays warm when you get home!
This location has ruined the drive through, with the addition of a second lane. While I appreciate that 2 pickup lanes allows them to serve more people faster, what ends up happening is that I end up with my food and shakes, while still being 2 or 3 cars back from the front of the line. There's no room to drive around anyone, so you're just stuck with your ice cream melting and food getting cold.It appears that most of the waiting is because the staff are trying to serve 8 cars their orders at the same time, and it adds a ton of chaos and confusion. People getting offered the wrong orders, etc. It's all rather silly.What used to be one of the fastest drive through experiences, is now among the slowest anywhere.Sometimes the second lane isn't in use, and you CAN use it as an escape; but that's not too often.Never had issues with the drive through before the extra lane was added.On the other hand, the food is always good, and the staff is friendly, and always apologetic for long wait times.
I've been eating Chick-fil-A since the sixties I have never gotten one with the bun was cold I said something they gave me another sandwich and the bun was cold on it also I will never go back to this location.The chicken was cooked perfect but the bun needed to be warm.
Absolutely love the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. I always order extra to warm up another day. Hash browns were soggy and crumbly. Diet lemonade amazing!! Drive thru moved quickly for a busy Saturday morning.
This used to be our go to place because they all wore masks. I still rate it a 5star but please put the masks back on. We won’t be back until you do. Notice the sign says they all wear masks and gloves yet no one was wearing them.What happened.

This used to be a good place to eat until they remodeled. Now no one seems to know what to do even though there's an abundance of employees standing around.Chick-fil-A used to be know for customer service. If they were to provide a bad experience it was always made right. That is no longer the case here.
Every location in this are is mess. Oh how I long for the time when Mr. Cathy still ran the company and not the woke idiots doing it now. Due to the lousy service, smart mouth teens, no where to be seen management I'm done. You can have it. Just threw three $10 cards in the trash.
All ways popping here...very good service...for fast food
