My family and I were very dissatisfied with the food and service provided at this location. We went through the restaurant drive thru with 5 kids and forgot to add one of the children’s sandwiches to the order. At the window we asked to add the sandwich. I was told that they can’t modify orders at the window per the manager because they of a timer which will affect the bosses bonus. We were told to get back online and to come back around again. This was totally bad customer service and I will never come here again. Lastly 2 of my kids chicken sandwiches were burnt.
Not sure who owns this BK, but they have real problems here. I stopped here and was in line at the drive through. maybe 4 or 5 in line. waitied probaby 5 minutes and the car that was already at the order spot, drove off without ordering. Next car went to order spot and waited 5-10 minutes, drove off without ordering. Same for the next car. Then I got there, now 5-8 cars behind me. waited 3-4 minutes, nothing. Not a sound no order taker, I drove to the window and the person there saw me and turned around to ignore me, I drove around and a young guy in a BK uniform was standing at the door. I assumed he was waiting to be let inside, maybe door was locked? I asked if they are open. He said the drive through is open. I explained my experience and he said, they are supposed to be open, so I have no idea what is going on. I thank him and left. Real Issues here.
The last 2 times I have been I was asked if I wanted cheese on my burger. I said yes but got no cheese. Also no straws.
The workers were energetic and friendly. The food however wasn't good at all. Sloppily prepared and the buns were ice cold.

Every time I come here they say they’re closed. It’s 9 o’clock and google say’s they don’t close untill 10. I know that the problem is they just don’t want to take orders so they can close early and go home. Management needs to step up. This has been going on for months. I’m sure they’re losing business at this point.
Ordered a Whopper and Impossible Whopper and a large order of fries to split with my wife. Food was prepared quick enough and staff was friendly.Unfortunately, BK and I have different opinions on what constitutes"large" regarding fries. I basically gave them to my wife and I ate some chips with my Imp.Whop.Not really sure what the fuss is about with the ImpWhop. I could tell that it wasn't beef, but it didn't taste badly or anything. Just sorta "meh". Will be sticking to regular beef burgers from now on.
How hard is it to get someone’s order right? Apparently it’s a difficult task for people who work here. I ordered a large nugget meal they gave me the large drink but a small fry and when I went to call them to ask if they could fix my order no one ever answered the phone. I will not be going there again they have terrible service
Food is good. However 1 star for customer service. I am not coming to get free food. I am a PAYING customer.I came to pick up my mobile order. 1st I waited at the speaker for about 5mins, all they said was "wait one moment". After waiting, I decided to just pull up. I get to the window and tell them I'm picking up, I can hear the employee (her name is Vita) in the back yelling "No, she had to tell us. We not doing her order now".. the cashier asks me to pull up. So I did.
Horrible, horrible, horrible! I know we are in the middle of a workforce crisis but you should have held out for better applicants. Higher food cost with the lowest service levels. AJ in particular needs to either be re-trained or let go altogether. If you care about your customers and reply to this review, please post the General Manager’s name and contact information so that I can contact them directly. I asked your employees but they wouldn’t give it to me. Had they provided it, it would have likely saved this review process.
