This is BY FAR the worst Bojangles ever!!! Horrible staff horrible food and you can’t purchase a small drink unless you’re getting a kids meal even if it’s for a kid?!?!?!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Never will I ever go back to this Bojangles. The lady working the drive thru at this time is by far the worst!!! Terrible attitude and shouldn’t be working there if she doesn’t enjoy her job!!!! Absolutely the worst experience to the point I feel Bojangles may never get my business again at any location!!!! Dear management, FIX IT!!
They only had 6 people working sonthey couldn't have dine in. Only drive thru. Bye.
I absolutely LOVE Bojangles and this location is top notch! The manager (Heaven) is hard working and courteous! The staff works hard to give me my delicious order every time. Keep up the good work!
Very very slow getting my food. I ordered the 12 pieces family dinner and I got 12 pieces of chicken finger. I was to far away to take the food back. It seems the workers spend more time talking to each other than working.
Everyones shorthanded but not really long wait for the 8 cars in front of me. Courteous and smiling faces w the Bo basic sandwich being great!
This drive-thru experience was a bomb. The sandwiches come with pickles and mayo. We ordered no mayo on both and pickles on one. Instead, we got no pickles and mayo on both. Their basic sandwich was too spicy for me.
If you like semi-spicy Cajun fried chicken this will do because they don’t sell anything else. For breakfast, the pimento cheese is decent
The woman who served me was FILTHY. Her hands were visibly dirty and under her nails were black. I called the restaurant and asked if she prepared the food, and was told "No". I proceeded to tell the woman about my concern about her hygiene and she said "I'll talk to her.", and hung up. ??♀️ I shook my head and tossed my meal.If the customer facing employees are that dirty, I can only imagine how filthy people who cook the food are. I won't be back.
No cooked chicken at 6:30 PM 12/18/21. What? Told 25 minute wait. Then told close to closing which is 8PM. Poor Management.
There was a period over the summer where the lines were long, both inside & drive thru. However recently its been much better. No complaints about the food, its on par for what you expect when you go to Bojangles.
