Usually my son and I go inside for lunch. Today inside was really busy, so we went through druve through. My son usually gets a grilled cheese with a regular fry and medium drink. However, today I was told that they could not sell it to me like that... ok thank you...I will no longer return to your establishment. You just lost a steady customer.
I stopped into Zaxby's for lunch because I had a free sandwich via their Zaxby app. I have never used the Zaxby restaurant app since I don't go to Zaxby's that often. So when I was ready to order I asked if anyone knew how to work the app so I could get my free signature chicken sandwich . The store manager who is named Victor was able to explain how the app works and it was really simple process. Victor had really great customer service skills and he was really nice guy who knew his stuff. I have never been in this Zaxby's before and I really liked the decor it look very fancy. When I told Victor that I thought the decor was pretty lit, he went on to tell me that Zaxby's was going with a all new look @ their restaurants. He said after they remolded the store they filmed some new commercials with some actors in their restaurant that was going to be feature on TV. Which I thought was pretty cool. The signature chicken sandwich I had was so freaking delicious and so very tasty. I also had a signature flavor of Sprite that you can only find @ a Zaxby's which was called Zaxby's Fruity Fizzy Punch made with Sprite. In closing this particular Zaxby's was on point with everything thing they did which included great customer service from their manager Victor and all their employees. So if your looking for great tasting food with a side of great customer service I would go to the Zaxby's on University Blvd in Winter Park, FL. .
was told today AFTER i was already charged for the cheddar bites that they’re no longer serving marinara sauce. if that’s true then that’s bad business cause i wouldn’t have ordered them had i known that. cashier had an attitude when i asked for zax sauce instead of the nasty ranch they’re trying to serve with the cheddar bites now. everything else in my order was okay i guess. really disappointed.EDIT: went down from 2 to 1 stars because i just noticed they downsized the coleslaw as well. i also went big and looks like i got a normal amount of fries.
Amazing food! The bone in chicken has all the components you would want flavor, texture, moisture, etc. This particular location was very nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. I had ordered many times via uber eats but I am glad I made the visit. Highly recommend.
Manager today was very nice and accommodating, front cash person friendly and attentive. Always good service here ?
I’m not one to leave bad reviews but they keep giving me minuscule little chicken tenders. It’s mainly this location that has this issue and it’s happened to me multiple times. Food is good though.
I decided to give Zaxby’s a try today. This is my first visit to this establishment. Staff was very friendly and moving efficiently. There chicken sandwich is like a hybrid of a Popeyes sandwich and Chick-fil-A. The fries were hot, crispy and seasoned well. My only problem would be that my Coke was almost flat and watered down. It had very little carbonation. And the ketchup packets that were handed to me were covered in ketchup ? but overall I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch and would definitely visit again.
I had to update my posting. I went through drive thru where they said that they couldn't accept my debit card because it doesn't have a chip lol WHAT A JOKE! I spent over 15 minutes in drive thru just to be told that. I already told family and friends not to visit this place because they are particular about what kinds of debit cards they accept. Foolishness!
I love they carry crinkle fries but they could be cooked a little longer so they have a little crunch.They were still white both times I've gotten them
Courtney is very friendly and nice. Very fast drive thru and fresh food- they’re always on point! Shoutout to manager Christopher is running a fantastic operation. Great job overall!
