Stop combining the wings. If I order two triple meal deals then I should not receive 1 or 2 boxes with everything combined together.
Only came here twice.. First time I had to wait over 45 mins because of how many orders they get.The second time around, it was much quicker. BUT, the "70 cents per wing on Monday and Tuesday" deal does not work despite the advertisement being on the outside window and inside walls.I took an L both times. LOL
Came today and had an amazing experience service was on point! Thank you so much charlotte for making sure everything was great!
Terrible customer service placed that to go order set in the restaurant for 30 minutes for 10 wings and fries food sat on shelf for 10 minutes before they even called my name fries were cold and flimsy overall terrible experience and no care what so ever
I just got some wings take out for the first time ever and even though they forgot my blue cheese the wings were so amazing I figured I would have to make a post I give it 4 stars and if they gave me the blue cheese probably five stars definitely a return place and I'm sure they'll give me free blue cheese next time LOL
I had never actually eaten at Wingstop and decided that I would finally give it a shot. Yeah, I should have checked reviews on this particular one... Placed an online order for 6PM. Got there a few (less than 5) minutes early and was told by one employee that it wasn't ready yet. Cool, no problem. I take a seat. Within the next few minutes that employee went in the back to help cook/assemble orders I assume and another came up front to take over. Never asked me, or anyone else waiting, our names and if we were waiting on orders. Over the next 25 minutes several others came in and placed orders to go, and got them...while several of us who had earlier orders were ignored. The young woman working the front seemed more interested in changing the channel of the TVs to the UFC fight and flirting with a few customers. At 6:31 I finally went up again and asked her if my order was ready. Surprise, it was literally behind her head...
So as much as the staff was great! I would have to say I had the worst food from this location. I requested for my chicken and fries to be well done. Unfortunately my wings were over done to the point that there was no meat just hard skin, and my fries (which I love, and the only reason I go to Wingstop) were absolutely cold, like frozen cold and wet from im assuming the water retention. Not sure if I will be going back to this location sadly. But the staff was great, no complaints there, just the food was horrible.

THIS LOCATION HAS IT TOGETHER. After giving up on the Red Bug and 436 location I came here. Further from my house. Not only was my order correct but the staff was extremely friendly, food was on point and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Thank you for saving the evening and fulfilling a craving with wonderful service. I will be returning here regardless of distance from my house. Keep it up guys!
