The nuggets were over cooked, and the fries were bland and lacking salt. Other than that, the frosties especially the strawberry was awesome.
After disappointing stops at a few different Wendy's in the area, THIS location restored our favor in the brand. A nice patio area and bright, clean interior, well-tended by a friendly and efficient crew. Orders are made correctly in a reasonable time. Great job!
Hot and ready! Clean place. Food was quite tasty and my order was correct. Definitely worthy of returning next time I’m in the mood for a baked potato.
I like this Wendy's for its convenient location and it is somewhat new & nice-looking (over 1 y.o.). I used to order inside, but now the mobile app is faster & easier (plus Wendy's has some great app-only deals). Most of the employees are courteous enough, though some look bored/indifferent. Their lower-dollar burgers taste better than McDonald's value versions next door. TIP: Before driving away, inspect your bag quickly to make sure your order is correct. Also, they usually "forget" to add ketchup for your fries, so always ask.
Terrible customer service. The workers have a bad attitude and don’t care about the people that come to purchase the food. I had a horrible experience today and will not go back! I was treated disrespectfully and told the worker that I didn’t appreciate her attitude and her response was: hmmm hmmm!
This location is good for breakfast. But should be avoided in the evening. Was asked to pull up to wait for my food. After 15 min waiting had to walk inside. Order was on the counter forgotten. Had to wait for it to be remade. Simply offered a half hearted apology. Was definitely a mistake to.come here. Not the first time for poor evening service.
I bought a breakfast baconator and they couldn't help me get the free T-mobile breakfast sandwich from the app, I was told they were not trained. Then I get to work and find they forget to add the botton bun. And I paid for that sandwich!
I went to this Wendy’s a week ago and it was pretty good, even got what I thought was a coupon from them. I went to use the “coupon” a few days later and it was fine. I go to use the one I got from that visit two days ago and the cashier said it was an app exclusive coupon. Annoying because I had used the exact “coupon” not on the app a few days earlier, but I said okay and drove away to do the coupon through the app. The app would not work for a while, and then when it did, it wasn’t loading the coupon. So, I go back through and tell the cashier all of this and she says “it’s online only, if it don’t work I can’t help you.” So, I walked away furious and went to Taco Bell. I get exclusive deals, but when the app isn’t working, just let the customer use their coupon and move on. Definitely will not be back for a while after this.
Drive thru can take a while...Today we waited in line for about 15 min. We also had to go back and request another straw for one of our 2 drinks (they only gave us 1) & they had also forgotten the ketchup we requested and had only given us 1 napkin each.
The service was great! Although it was a little slow I understand working in food service so that was fine but I asked for no cheese on my sandwich and there was which is fine my fries were amazing so thanks!
