Placed a mobile order and was told the system was down and she couldn’t do any orders. She just told me I had to call corporate to get my card charged back. Save your time and go somewhere else. The girl was really sweet about the system being down though. I couldn’t imagine what she’s going through from upper management and corporate.
Back to back days I had problems. Yesterday I went ordered two sandwiches and waited 30 mins, just for it to be cold. I went back for breakfast to use a coupon on the app just to have no cheese on my breakfast baconator. The only reason I gave 2 instead of one because the staff seems to really try to be polite and serve with a smile. Check your order before you leave!
Food freshness is hit or miss. Usually good. They have a habit of upcharging unnecessarily. I clearly stated a small frosty coffee and get charged for a large. I order a small bc I can't finish the large. Also the lady at the window, a large white woman is clearly miserable and abrasive. She even said in front of us, "never ask me to work this shift again" lovely vibe on a Sunday morning.
I’m pregnant and my boyfriend went to pick up burgers that he preordered. The woman working claimed they didn’t have burgers and offered classic chicken sandwiches or spicy. My boyfriend called me from the drive thru to ask which I preferred and the woman would not let him speak. My boyfriend was rushed so picked classic chicken, and I told him spicy so he asked if he could add an extra spicy and he would pay for it. The woman argued with him at the window stating she had already made the classic sandwich and when he said yes, he would pay extra for an additional spicy chicken sandwich, she claimed they did not have spicy chicken sandwiches even though she had just said they did at the drive thru. No one else was at the drive thru. The fries were also super cold. If you don’t want to do a simple job, then you shouldn’t work there.
Today at 10:57 at night I went to get food for the girls and this lady, American, blonde, White of medium height, treated me horrible!! and it was not the first time this is the 3rd time but this time it was worse, and my husband also had a problem with her, another day. she is super RUDE!!! with both customers and employees! because I heard how she treats them, I don't know how such a rude and rude person continues to work in a customer service place, we had to wait about 10 minutes for her to attend us, because according to her they are only with two people, that I understood and told her ok no problem, when I asked her for the food I told her 2 (4 for 4 ) and she only gave me one, I told her you need to give me the other one she started yelling at me and blaming me and saying whatever whatever I don't care what you say, she turned her back on me and kept yelling, she treated me horrible in front of my 12-year-old daughter, I don't know if she is the manager or has a high position and it is believed that she can treat employees and customers as she feels like it super rude! the 3 times that stupid woman has attended me has been at night
Workers are super friendly. The food was good nice and hot.they brought it to me in the parking spot.i had the spicy honey chicken sandwich. My husband had the 4 for 4. A drink fries chicken nuggets and a burger yes just 4.00
Reminds me of high-school. Always hits the spot. Gotta get a frosty and fries, dip the fries in the frosty (thank me later). Chicken nuggets with honey mustard are always spot on. Burgers are full of flavor and reasonably priced. Chicken sandwiches also always a favorite. Basically... You can't go wrong!
Today 2/17/22 at around 8:00pm I ordered a 4 for 4 for my granddaughter and the nuggets were dry and rubber over cooked and the chilly was all liquid no meat or beans. I called to let them know that I got bad food service but they did not answer their phone. My poor granddaughter was so upset. How do they expect to get good reviews if some employees don't care about giving a hungry customer a good meal. I will think twice before I go there again. I definitely will not re commend my friends to go there...Not all Wendy's are bad but winter park is a a higher class neighborhood and people expect better service in an area like winter park...
I eat at Wendy's a lot compared to other fast food restaurants sofor me no matter where I'm at traveling etc I consider it a comfort food. I have to say from first contact this Wendy's wasn't like what I'm used to. This lady on the intercom was obnoxious and rude. Considering she may have had a long day, I didn't hold it against her. I gave my order and asked as always "no mayo" Again paying she was abrasive. Once I got my order I checked and the food was covered in mayo. I bright it back to her repeating it was supposed to be no mayo and she rudely yelled at me that I didn't order it that way to which I disagreed. With no choice she took my food back to correct it. When she bright it back to me she informed me that I was wrong and if I wanted to complain it would do no good. And on top of that when I got my bacon deluxe combo that I paid over $11 for it had 2 steps of bacon about 3 inches long. This is what I paid an extra $3 for? This lady is short and plump with a blonde ponytail and ugly as sin. She is the reason that so many fast food workers are treated so poorly. She needs to be fired and get a job as a janitor at the YMCA or something but even they have manners. I'll never go to this Wendy's again even if I'm starving and would urge anyone considering this Wendy's to keep driving. I'm usually considerate of others possible issues and am understanding but this lady is nasty. Sorry Wendy.
Horrible customer service after finding a peice of plastic in my drink. The manager Carmen is unprofessional and didn't care. Do not go to this Wendy's. This isn't the first time there has been issues here.
