I entered Wendy's with my girlfriend at around 1528 hours and waited at the front counter to be helped until walking out at 1538. While waiting I noticed only 2 employees working the drive thru then I saw 3 employee walking in from the back door of the restaurant while the other two were taking orders in the drive thru. Since then no one had come to help us with placing an order. I commend the two people working the drive thru and trying to work diligently while it sad to see three employees slacking and kicking it back talking to each other. If they were helping I didn't see it and perception is reality for most customers points of view.
This location is like most others in the way that the kids don't want to any more than they HAVE TO. Walk into just about any Wendy's and no one greets you- today the manager had to tell the front counter cashier there was a customer... then after you order be prepared to wait about 4-5 minutes for your food. Guess they want it to seem that the food is freshly cooked- they're not Steak n Shake... which is where I'm going now!
One of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to across this entire country. I go here frequently as a student at full sail, and it’s never a pleasant experience. Workers don’t care and are downright rude, they always consistently mess up even the simplest of orders and they always close early saying their “register is down” but the workers are in the backlot smoking in their car or doing anything other than their job.
Absolutely the worst service ever!!! My wife stood at the counter patiently waiting for the person behind the counter to take our order while he finished preparing the order for the people also waiting. We were never acknowledged or at very least greeted and told he would be a minute. He just walked around taking each item one at a time to the counter only to walk away again after 10 minutes we walked out.
Placed a mobile order and when I pulled up to the speaker I was told that they were nlt completing orders and I would need to call for refund. While I was parked and replacing order at the next closest location I saw three cars order and get food. I explained what happend and was not offered any sympathy or explanation for why this happened. Never coming to this location ever again in my life.
Hands down the BEST FOOD I have had at Wendy's in 10 years. They were busy I waited a little but I would rather wait longer and get food like this everytime!! The Lady that took my order in the Dining Room Dawn is amazing!
Got a meal here,. Won an iced coffee beverage. When I received my iced coffee beverage and tasted it I was appalled by the burnt bitter old coffee, I asked if the staff could remake my terrible tasting iced coffee beverage and was told the coffee was from this morning and they would make me another iced coffee beverage but it would be with the same coffee. Why would you not make fresh coffee. I threw the iced coffee beverage away and walked out and will never return again.
My Food was given to me with stale fries, hard and cold chicken and even though I agreed to soda with no ice because the store was out of ice my coke was flat and warm. It should have all been thrown out probably an hour before it was served to any customer. Not good or safe to eat.
Nuggets were under cooked soggy and white ,and they never come out with food on my curbside pick up. I've waited 10 plus mins then go In and it's just sitting on counter.
I don't know what the problems are, but this Wendy's consistently gets it wrong. Just ordered 3 hamburgers and arrived home to find out I was cheated - they only gave me 2. This is always the problem. Order it without cheese and you get cheese.
