Awesome food and Staff...
My daughter is a new resident to FL. We found that Twisted Root was only a few minutes down the road and were really hungry. The atmosphere here was awesome. We had the BEST server, who spent time making us feel welcome and sharing local tips. We ordered milkshakes of course. We did 3 different burgers, one was elk. Onion straws and hand cut fries rounded out the meal. The pickle bar was a fun touch! You could eat here often and never have the same thing. The 3 of us left incredibly full and vowed to return. Twisted Root has lots of events that she and her boyfriend can try as well. Love local places like this!
The restaurant had great food and a lot of eclectic charm. They have a wide variety of burgers, to include some exotic ones that have rotating availability. I had the beef western burger and fried pickles, they were delicious.
The food was delicious. The staff was amazing, so fun, friendly, and just great!
Not Fuddrucker's. Don't get me wrong, perhaps 2 different concepts, but this burger was nothing special for me. The place looks cool though, has a bar and the attention was really great, but what brought me there was the burgers, and to me, they were just ok.I wasn't asked how I wanted my patty cooked, so mine came over medium, which is dry for me. Bun (Texas Toast) was ok and the fries were a bit soggy so, for the price, I just didn't think it was worth it.I may try them again in case this was a fluke that day, because the establishment is nice, clean and well ran...
Great burgers, great onion rings !
Not impressed. We came here for a comedy show and the food was what was laughable. I’m a fan of Buffalo burgers and was excited to see them on the menu. However, my excitement turned to disappointment. I asked for the standard Med-Well and it came out rare. Fine, I don’t mind, but the party was still cold and looked like it was a frozen patty, not fresh ground as I have had at other restaurants. My wife wasn’t impressed by her burger, said it wasn’t much better than Wendy’s. The fries were also not good. We were told they were like Five Guys. These are not anywhere near that good, and the “cheese fries” have just a few slices of cheddar throw on them. There’s no seasoning, no flavor. Definitely not worth the $40 we paid for. Two stars because at least the staff was nice and the beer was cold (too bad the food was too).
Been going here since they opened. So delicious and quality is on point every time. Friendly staff. Delicious pickles. Really neat meat patty options, but I'm old school; beef steak burger and fries. Really satisfies my cravings for a quality burger. Be careful when you go, it may form into an addiction. Other burger joints fail in comparison after trying this place. Craft sodas are really good too. I can walk here but I don't because I tend to leave in a food coma.
So so sad. The bison burger was ordered medium , it was totally over well done and dried out. I asked for cheese , didn’t get any , asked for onions , didn’t get any. Changed it for a burger , bun tasted three day old , more bun than burger. Had to go back to get the onions again. My husbands burger was over done also and hard bun. Fries were soggy and milk shake was so thick you couldn’t drink it and it was tasteless. This place is a joke. Waste of money.
