***FIVE DAYS LATER the manager Patrick decided to text and harrass me because he didn't like my review. 100% sure harassment is illegal and if THIS is how tropical smoothie does things they cam expect alot of lawsuits for slander, libel, and harassment. The malicious actions of this establishments employees is EXTREMELY concerning.Refunding and order EVENTUALLY and claiming it was instant doesn't negate the fact that the employees ridiculed and laughed at a customer notifying them of an issue with an order.If I could give less I would. Between REFUSING to refund my order and the employees laughing about it this place is complete trash. Don't waste your money.
The little white girl was working by herself at the time so she took my order and made my food and smoothie as quickly as she could and everything came out perfectly! She even apologized for the wait but it was only a few minutes and not bad for one person doing everything.
I always come here the people are nice, the person that stood out to me was Eliezer he has a great attitude when he serve me he’s always working always busy doing something

I don’t understand how they get the simplest things wrong over and over again. It’s not that hard when the instructions are right on the receipt…. All you have to do is read. Tried to give this place a chance a few times but they can’t handle a simple thing like no tomato. Even comes with a nice eye roll when you ask them to make it right.
Worst customer service!!!Had a fairly large order and they just sat and watch me come and get the orders one by one into my car! In past experiences they offer help but today was not it!
