On Easter Sunday 2022, after a beautiful day of prayer, worship, and fellowship, a group of friends met at the Winter Park Cheesecake Factory. We were informed that that we would have to wait approximately two hours before we could be seated, and we agreed to the long wait! We were seated around 2:30 p.m. The waitress immediately took our drink orders and shortly after our food orders. We waited patiently eating the hard bread for over an hour before questioning the whereabouts of our food! A manager comes to the table to say that our food would be served within a few minutes. We soon discovered that we had a new waiter and asked him what was taking so long. Finally, we get our food, and it was absolutely terrible. Out of 9 orders, only one was edible! The food was either undercooked or overcooked. To make it worse, the manger Josh, was extremely rude and unconcerned about our complaints. He made excuses and attempted to downplay our opinions. By it being Easter Sunday, we expected that there would be a wait, but we also expected to have a satisfying meal and experience. This turned out to be the most distasteful Easter Experience Ever! Josh, you need to do a better job managing your shift. At least be a bit nicer and accept responsibility for poor service and food. It was very crowed and a lot to accomplish. We understand that things might not flow perfectly, but being rude and disrespectful to your customers cannot be excused,

Called two days before to make a reservation for 10. We were told they don't take reservations for large parties during the month of April. Gentleman on the phone also said that 5pm shouldn't be too busy due to dinner rush starting at 7pm. No mention of prom weekend.Arrive at 445pm and one of the hostess looks at us and rolls her eyes. Then gets a little upset that we still want to put our name on the waiting list, even after she states it could be two hours. We waited. It was my birthday dinner, I was gonna wait since we drove over an hour away.Hostess stand was consistently rude the entire time. They barely called loud enough for people to hear, one would turn away from everybody expecting people to understand her. Then would be rude when guests went up to ask what name she had called for. Not a good start.Service was great. We were a large party and could see our server was busy with table around us.Food was exceptional! Cooks, even being slammed, were on point and it was well worth the hour wait to be seated. Yes, I understand it was a prom night, and we are all human and restaurants have been truly stressed since COVID, but the hostess stand leaves A LOT to be desired for how well the rest of the night was.

Typical Saturday date night we waited an hour to be seated. My entree for the night was the Bacon Bacon burger w/ a side of fries (Amazing) ? and strawberry infused margarita. I didn’t care for the drink it was watered down in my opinion. However my waiter was cool about it and I reordered an Ultimate margarita which was PERFECT.

No need to mention anything about the Cheesecake factory. An excellent place for team lunch, family dinner, and date. Plenty of Cake and pasta options are available. Pleasant interior, ample dine-in space, and friendly staff. Early table booking would be highly recommended. Parking space available. Don't forget to take a sweet bite of the dessert.

we couldn’t appreciate the kitchen because the waiter or host or manager we didn’t realize who it was simply sat us down at the table and disappeared, we never saw him again.. and it will forever remain a mystery to us. there wasn’t even busy

Went to Cheesecake Factory to celebrate a 50th Anniversary. First, they won't do reservations or call-ahead. Arrived at 2:45 and told 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait. Party of 14, but told them we could split into 2 parties. 2 hours in they said we were the next party. Not. 2 1/2 hours later we're watching several parties of 6-7 who waited 45 minutes get seated. ???? Really? Not happy. Finally had a manager tell us they were waiting for a large table for all of us. Then they told the hostess to seat us at 2 tables on opposite sides of the large empty table . One of our party was so hungry and now angry they gave up and left. Never experienced such incompetent treatment.

Always great food! Great service. Very clean and beautifully decorated restaurant. Try to get a different cheesecake every time I go. Sometimes have it as an appetizer because I never have room for dessert.

I hate the fact that the people that bring out your food for curbside delivery are in a bad mood. I pay for my food like everyone else and tip very well. I hate that I pay my tip on cc before I get to experience who brings out my food. From now on cash and if you are rude no cash for you. Is it too much to say hello with a good attitude and thank you. For crying out loud. All you are doing is bringing me my food. I'm not asking for you to serve me for the next 2 hours. I still pay a minimum of 15%. So this guy made 9.00 off of me or however they split up the money for being rude. I'm not holding my tongue any more. Customer service is getting worse everywhere and no one does anything about it. Evening of 02/21/22. Spent 67.00 for rude. The rating I give is inclusive of rudeness.

Wow He's never been to cheesecake factory but I have to say the hype is worth it this place is so good everything on the menu was so temporary it was so tempting but I honestly don't think I would have been disappointed with much of anything on that menu as I walked into the restaurant everyone's plates and appetizers looked so good every time the waiter walked by with another dish I was like man what was that because they looked so good the cheesecakes are to die for appetizers are amazing the bread is good the pasta's good the service is good this location is so clean so pitcher asked I'd recommend it to anyone

I love the Parmesan Herb Crusted Chicken which is what the extra star is for. However, almost every time I order the Herb Salmon, it’s undercooked inside. The whole dish is almost inedible. $23 for undercooked Salmon almost every time with an overpowering taste in the undercooked area. This time bones were inside as well.I love Salmon sushi and sashimi, but when I order a Salmon meal from a restaurant and it arrives undercooked inside, it’s unappetizing. It’s a bit hard to see, but here is a photo of a part of the ends of the Salmon and how the entire inside looks. This is probably the 5th time this happens which gets frustrating. I really shouldn’t have to be always putting the Salmon I order from the restaurant in the oven because it’s not done cooking. All other meals are wonderful, but avoid the Salmon. This is the last time.
