Went to the drive through for some friends, ordered 4 items and requested for the items to get individually bags since each item was for a different person. I was told by the cashier she is unable to because it would cut into their over head. So I left with 1 item in 1 bag and 3 items piling over the 2nd bag. The nachos cheese was barely half full. Seems this location cares more about their over head cost rather then the products they serve. lucky I was just passing through never to drive this is ghetto place again.
I'm a dasher and I was picking up an order and noticed something very disgusting. An employee was making a quesadilla for my customer. She put the quesadilla in the iron and when she took it out, she placed it on the counter and I noticed there was no wrapping paper on it. She left it there for 3 mins(I counted) and then came back and put it in paper and then put it in my customer's bag. I didn't say anything because I don't eat there, however I don't think that is something that any customer would be happy seeing because food should be well taken care of. I hope that this issue gets addressed because anyone else was to experience this they wouldn't be happy.
The only reason why i go to this taco bell is because the one by the walmart is privately owned and it charges more. Worst service ever! Even when there is no line the employees still cant get everything in the bag. And when someone orders 4 tacos why on earth would you only put 4 sauce packets in the bag.
I was told that they don't take Uber Eats orders past midnight.What difference does it make who picks it up???I'm an ER nurse and I can not just leave to get food.Very poor customer service.
I'm surprised I didn't have a bad experience after reading these other reviews. Maybe I got lucky. Lady was also friendly at drive thru. Who knows... will try again soon and if bad I will update this review
Food was good, but an employee was really rude. Had to go back in because they forgot 5 items and the employee said they know they put them in the bag, making it sound as if we were just trying to get more food. The drive through lady checked our order from the app and compared it to what was in the bag so she agreed there was missing items. The employee cooking stated that, that was funny because he was making them at the moment so they couldn'thave placed them in the bag. Check your bag at the window before driving forward. Line is normally long here.
Rejected my door dash order after my driver was already there to pick up my food. Doing that didn’t make much of a difference as I ended up driving over there and replacing my order. They still had to make my food so I don’t see what the whole point of that was only thing it did was make me an upset customer.
I found bone fragments in my beef tacos. Horrible to think that a 5 dollar taco box can cost you 2500 in dental care. Smh
No dine in...take out only...don't order crunchy tacos the bottom falls out of the tacos by the time you get to eat them. Need to rethink on how they build them...
Consistently gross, dirty and rude. Managers dont feel like they have time for everything, and tell employees who are doing other tasks to rush through and help other customers. Anybody with a manager tag should be out cleaning tables and floors and running the register, not just filling drink cups and chilling at the drive thru.
