Food was good but service is horrible. The cashier was sitting there on her phone ignoring customers and walking away from customers talking to her. The whole time the manager is walking around laughing with the back door wide open. Only employee taking care of the front end was someone who already clocked out yet stuck around to take care of the customers since everyone else wasn't doing anything. Y'all definitely need to do a lot of firing at this location. Set an example of these lazy workers!
Lady with colorful braids in the drive through forgot part of my order then told me I didn’t order those items when I asked for them. Refused to give me items and told me I would have to drive around again. She then had attitude and exposed her belly and rubbed it with gloves on in some strange act of aggression. Never will visit this Taco Bell again.
Came to have lunch here with my coworker today I was very satisfied with the service and food I got from this Taco Bell location the lady was new but very friendly and very helpful. The food was good it tasted it very fresh, specially the tomatoes they were crunchy and delicious, try the chicken chalupa the shell it is delicious, the crunch taco was not soggy was very crispy, my favorite the crunch wrapped supreme it was in point crispy fresh and the sauce was yummy, the chicken quesadilla was cheesy but the best part is that sauce that they put on it very spicy but very delicious if you like spicy food, I recommend this location tasty food overall and very friendly staff!
I've eaten inside multiple times and, lately, been using their drive-thru and mobile-app. The employees are, for the most part, fast, efficient and courteous enough. And contrary to Urban Legend, I've never had to run to the bathroom after eating at Taco Bell. I love their wraps and crunchy tacos! TIP: Remember to quickly check your bag before leaving the drive-thru. Can't enjoy your food without those packets of hot sauce!
Ordered on the app. Went to the drive thru and the employee said it takes 10 minutes for the order to “show up” for them and I needed to wait for my food in the parking lot. They never came out so I knocked on the window and they ignored us for 20 additional minutes then came out and told us our food was ready and needed to come back to the window in the drive thru. (Instead of bringing it to us like they said they would) Then the entire staff went in the back and hid from us as we waiting and called them. This location stole from us and refused to give us food we paid for.
Just felt the need to say when you get to the window and you can hear the employees arguing leave immediately and go somewhere else. Lesson learned. Food was slapped together , thrown in a bag like it was a order from 6 cars ago.To the employees: please remember why you are there working, I work just as hard and that is my hard earned money I’m spending on the food. I don’t expect much out of fast food but show some love. Would post more pictures but I was very hungry after work had to eat it
Terrible taco bell location. Three separate times I've ordered on the app and when I got there the drive thru was closed and when going inside they state their "systems are down." This time today the drive thru was closed and when I went to go inside the doors were locked. There were employees inside but the doors were locked at 7pm. Had to cancel my online order, ridiculous. Very rude customer service too. Fix this location, taco bell.
Great customer service experience by the evening manager David. Going above & beyond, taking ownership, showing leadership, and introducing a new menu item! What a great example to the team he leads!
Ordered thru the app just to get there and be told at the drive thru that the registers were down so they couldn't find out order. We parked and went inside to order but weren't even greeted after standing there for 2 minutes. We left without ordering. Taco Bell needs to step up their game because McDonald's is killing it with their app & service so it is possible to be busy and still provide decent service. This Taco Bell wasn't even busy and still didn't acknowledge us when we came inside.
Slow, Employees wanted us to use the computer. And I wanted counter Service (they even got mad) corner of Fairbanks & 17-92. I have to really want Taco Bell to stop here Again. or try a different Time. Self service Computers take away jobs....
