Last time I order from this location. Not the first time this has happened here. I ordered a sandwich with 3 toppings and 1 was missing. The order took an hour to get to me. I apologize, but this is highly frustrating.The receipt even said the 3 toppings for the sandwich. I would understand if it was a large order, but this was a singular, simple sandwich and it’s frustrating to wait an hour for 1/3 toppings to be missing.
Clean, good people, great food! The one guy works very hard but is always very nice to me, which means a lot when you live on the streets and can't always stay clean or presentable.
Asked if I could use ebt here...she said probably and proceeded to make our subs...then had to call someone to find out that they DO NOT take ebt!!
Placed an online order so I would not have to rush. I picked my order up and as I'm walking to my car, I realized that my sub felt light. I opened the bag and unwrapped my sub. The instructions for more lettuce was missed. Now I have to go back into subway and ask for lettuce to be added. On top of that the bread was hard. What a waste of money, time and sub. I had to throw it away as it was not enjoyable.
Horrible costumer service, went in tonight around 10pm and as I was walking in the only person there was this lady who looked miserable she was like “ I’ll be right back going to the bathroom “ I understood so I said ok and took a seat. When she came back I ordered and I went to pay with a $50 my order was about $13 or so and she tells me she doesn’t have change. So how it’s the end of the night and you do not have petty cash ? $37 was my change. So I guess they prefer to throw away food and lose customers instead of having change. Train your staff to be more friendly
Tried out their new California turkey sub. My sandwich artist did an amazing job. It was refreshing and fresh plus super tasty. The restaurant was super clean and quite. Just what I needed for my lunch break.
The food is good, but the lady making the food wasn't wearing a mask. To each their own, but if you are in the public like that, I think you should have to wear one.
Has to be one of the best Subways I’ve ever been in. So clean and the stuff was fresh.
Classic subway experience here. I've been to abunch of these and this one does not fail the normal standards however I wouldn't say they it exceed it either. Service was straight to the point and professional. I usually like getting Flatbread with some sort of breakfast version. Nothing seemed old or unfresh and they baked it perfectly, I love a good warm breakfast sub. Get bacon, egg, cheddar cheese, spinach, salt pepper, flat bread, and anything else you would want. Can't go wrong.
