Very nice staff. Place and tables were clean. Seems to get busy during lunch hours.

Did not enjoy the lack of staff that was working the night I came in, that was a bit frustrating. However I want to note the great customer service from Andres, very professional and well tempered. Considering he had no help, he did a wonderful job. Food was good too.

This place has a very large dining space which allows for social distance dining. It is open for dining and is kept clean. You can order ahead with the Subway app and pick it up as soon as it's ready. The service is quick and the staff are efficient and polite. Easily one of the better Subway locations
We have another subway closer to our home but this one is better and we don't want to order from the Oviedo location ever again. They have great social distancing inside and the plexiglass is a plus including a good established distance between customers, food and staff. Super clean, spacious, efficient and pleasant customer service are also good reasons to keep coming back. Happy to have returned to this location after a very long hiatus.

I guess I picked the wrong Sunday to bring my son and niece for lunch. The level of customer service I received today was as if my business wasn’t needed. The young lady with the green and purple hair talked to us as if she was bothered and didn’t want to help. Her attitude was not welcoming or warming. She had an ear piece in asking the same questions over and seemed annoyed when I expressed I answered her. Her body language slamming things and just the whole experience was horrible. Even when leaving she rolled her eyes and proceeded to talk to the next customer but gave him a better greeting. Not playing the race card but her tone was completely different with him. I will never return not that it matters much. But you should teach your employees to treat each customer the same and in a better mood. Not great representation for a company
