At 11:40am on today 04/25/202 i had my mom go get me starbucks stuff she ordered through the drive thru. I wrote on a notepad Exactly what I wanted and how. I ordered a venti almond milk matcha tea latte with No foam , 1 vanilla scone and, one pumpkin loaf slice. Whoever prepared my order understood Exactly what I requested. For that I am very grateful and thankful. Thank you to the starbucks employee who did this. I respect you and appreciate you.

They didn't have any of the refresher mixes other than the kiwi. Didnt have anything the kids normally drink. Do you have any idea how loud and annoying a car full of children who have been promised a reward of Starbucks drinks who can't get them are!? Ugggh!!! The employees were very nice, but unfortunately lacking quite a few of the items we ordered. So, off we went...
This location has good coffee, but lately they always seemed to be closed after 4 PM. I have no idea why. The location online says it’s open, but it’s actually always closed after this time.It’s incredibly inconvenient. I’ve driven there many times and it’s closed when it’s not supposed to be.

I think the coffee ☕ is good, but some or over priced , I like the idea of sharing a good ☕? with a friend in a different setting.
Very disappointed in this location, every time I come here after 7:30 they are closed. They don’t answer the phones and just this evening I watched them leave the store at 7:50 pm. Your door and online state you close at 8:00pm. If you close earlier you should update your times, if not then I think you should get a better night crew.
Customer service is a failure. Dealing with customers. They do not respect Hanak. Someone does not understand the customer and says yes, they give as they wish and charge twice $12+5?
This is a very clean environment. Excellent CS and they were employees were warm and friendly. I have visited several times before and each time I have had a great experience. They really accommodate customer's orders well.
