I stopped at this Starbucks in the Winter Park Village to get a much-needed coffee using a gift card that had been given to me. I have been avoiding coming to Starbucks because the taste of the coffee to me has been watered down lately and I am not happy paying the prices they charge for what tastes to me like watered-down coffee. I have to say my impression of Starbucks keeps going down. The two ladies at the cash register were very busy talking amongst themselves. The Barista was very standoffish and not very pleasant. The coffee did not taste as it used to but the price was still higher. Inside the restaurant was not very clean. In the 20 minutes I spent there, no one came to wipe down tables where people had been sitting. Since none of the items such as sugar packets are left outside for you to self serve, I had to ask the Barista for these to which he did not seem very pleased about. I'm giving away what I have left on the gift card and sticking to coffee at other places where I get my money's worth.
I love this location. I come here often at night with coworkers to have our hangouts and they're always doing custom drinks and giving out samples, or any extra things they offer up instead of throwing away unnecessarily. No waste! The staff has always been so kind, even with new faces as the months go past.
Horrible customer service!!!! First Starbucks I visit and they didn’t even greet me at all. Cashier didn’t even acknowledge my order. They didn’t even call out my name to let me know my coffee was ready. My husband had to go himself and just guess!!!!!!! Please go over with the employees what’s the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Never again I will visit this location!!!!!!
Fast and attentive employees, however pretty sure they should have made it twice as big. Sometimes feel crowded out by un thoughtful, loudish patrons.
The staff here are so nice. They always take the time to get to know you and make sure your drink is right.
The barista (Khaï) who served us was so rude and disrespectful…!!! I know it was late (7pm) but I had to greet him 3 times before he barely answered… needless to say that he didn’t bother granting us with a « goodbye » nor « thank you ». One thing I always loved with Starbucks was their warm welcome, so if you are like me, avoid the Winter Park village shop.

Went to dunkin donuts for some coffee because it was close to my house..Awful. Every single time I order, I regret it. Whether it be from the store or off Uber Eats coffee is disgusting 10/10 times. I ordered on the app, coffee was only filled half way in the cup. I told them it needed to be remade.. and surprise, suprise... it was disgusting! Coffee tasted stale and bitter. Went inside to get a refund and she gave me. 53 cents less than what I was supposed to get back. Just left Starbucks..same price, no problems, better coffee and service. THANK YOU Starbucks!!! You saved my Sunday morning!!! ❤❤❤
