Killer smash burgers, the best on the east coast, and really good fries. Great location, very comfortable. My girlfriend wanted a milkshake but she's somewhat lactose intolerant so we were very excited to find a non dairy shake on the menu. Really glad to have a location nearby, used to only be able to get it in New York
Horrid customer service. The food is far worse than the customer service. This place is way overrated the burgers are slapped together and you get cold fries. Staff acts like they’re doing you a favor. The location is beautiful and the outside is great
One of the best burgers you can grab in Orlando. Try out the cheese fries. Enjoy the breathtaking view to the lake if you do outside sitting.
There were three people in our group. We ordered three burgers. Got two burgers when our order was delivered, and one was the wrong item, even though the order taker repeated the order correctly. I know that because she thought we ordered four fries and I corrected it to three fries for three people. When advised of the error, the food walker told me I could go to the counter and buy another burger.Manager came over at my request about 20 minutes later. Her only solution was coaching her employees.Bottom line, two mistakes in processing the order, and absolutely missed the service recovery by telling me I could fix their mistakes by spending more of my money.Horrible in every way. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

I've been here twice. Both times were very disappointing. I only when the second time because a close friend said give it a chance. I was close by so I decided to give it a second chance, WHAT A WASTE of $20.00 for a small burger, decent fries and a second rate tea. I had the cheese burger with the fried mushroom. Very little flavor and the mushroom was completely inedible!!!!! The mushroom was literarily as tough as shoe leather. I've cooked many a portabella mushroom at home and never had one come out like that!!! There will never be another third trip. I marked solo below because i would never take a friend.
The burgers are second to none. Probably the best I have had.The fries were less than good. The bacon cheese fries were glued together by the time I received them.$59.00 for 3 burgers, 3 substandard fries and 3 drinks was quite pricey in my opinion.Overall the burgers made up for the fries.
Simple and delicious menu items. Something for everyone and that famous Shake Shack hospitality! The place is immaculate too!
I have not research the quality of meat. But as for taste - It's burger. I came out smelling like a food, which I truly do Not like.
Not impressed! We got the hotdog and it was so skinny. We got onion and couldn't find but 2 little pieces. You have to ask for soda refill because no fountain. No ice available for water.
