The date was June 10th, 2022. Our future son-in-law proposed to our daughter and we planned an intimate dinner for 10 to celebrate this wonderful occasion. Prato wasn’t our first choice. Hillstone was, but they admitted they could not accommodate a party of 10, and recommended Prato. Prato should not have accepted the reservation. Earlier that day, we we reached out to them to ask if it was okay to bring personalized cupcakes for the celebration. They happily accepted. Our reservation was at 8:30 p.m. and we arrived at 8:25 p.m. We were told our table should be ready imminently. 15, 20 and 30 minutes later, different family members took turns checking on the progress of the table. We were each told the party that was occupying our table had paid and were not leaving and there was nothing they could do. They should way more enthusiasm saying nothing could be done than trying to do anything. After a 45 minute wait, a family member had the idea of contacting 310 Restaurant and thankfully we were accommodated there and had just a wonderful time. Kudos to 310- we cannot thank them enough and we tipped their service staff beautifully. The staff at Prato just did not care, they showed zero empathy or professionalism and for that reason, I just cannot recommend this place.
Good drink options, good food, we had to reserve a table many many weeks in advance( about one and a half months in advance in the Summer) just to be able to dine-in here. The calamari is SUPERB, the salads are great, and the The wine and cocktail options are great and truly worth it all. We sat at one of the High-tops near the bar. We requested to sit at a booth since we had booked a reservation well in advance, to no avail. They said it wasn’t possible. Alas, we had a good time and our server was super nice and helpful.
Service is phenomenal ask for Julie! She was attentive and on point! Food was absolutely delicious so refreshing after the abo phiasco. Would definitely go back. Romantic atmosphere as well. Enjoy!
An amazing restaurant all around! Spectacular quality, flavor and presentation of the food. Signature cocktails were excellent. Service was great despite being a very busy place. I went to their sister restaurant Luke's the night before and it was equally amazing. Thank you for a great experience!
Trendy Italian/Pizza joint on fashionable Park Avenue in Winter Park. Able to sneak into the bar on Sunday afternoon during the WP Art Festival, which was great as usual.Very friendly and well staffed. Sidewalk seating across from the Park. Inside nice with large bar. In thd back you're right in the middle of the pizza oven and the kitchen and its a nice vibe. The place is pretty and well appointed.We just had a pepperoni pizza and a great Bloody Mary. The pizza was excellent. The guy next to me had spagatoni(?) and it smelled great. He critiqued the wines and was happy with the selection.Dog friendly with outdoor seating and I can imagine how busy this place could get. Worth the wait though.
This has been my very favorite restaurant since it opened 10 years ago. The service, drinks, food, and atmosphere - all best in class. Always an amazing time!

Prato is my favorite restaurant in Orlando. I bring everyone here. The days when I could stroll up and get a table are long gone but I am happy to see this business thrive, especially in these times. Make a reservation ahead of time and enjoy yourself. You won't regret it.
Enjoyed sitting outside yesterday! The weather was beautiful and the food and drinks were fabulous! I had the Angus burger and puppy love drink... All of it was great!!!
