Local business...the owner is super friendly and you will want to become a regular here. Smoothies are worth finding this place alone but they are so much more than a smoothie place. Mediterranean dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. You are not a local until you get to places like this.

Pomegranate Smoothie was a little sugary and icey...seemed to lack substance. But overall it's a healthy restaurant and ingredients are always fresh and consistent for past 10 years I've been a customer
Power House is small, they observe covid protocols, its Mediterran but American. Mainly college students and locals as customers. We enjoyed our food.

My order came with a pound of whole grain pita and cheetos lol. I know its supposed to all be healthy, but they should specify its whole wheat pita. The hummus was chunky and didnt taste fresh. The baba ganoush was good.
Lots of great smoothie options! Stopped here on a hot afternoon while walking around Winter Park. We needed something to hold us over before dinner. The smoothie menu is extensive. The owner convinced me to try a bestseller, the Good Karma (mango, strawberry, banana, and peanut butter), and it was delicious! Service was very fast. Will definitely stop here again.
