Even if the company had given a lifetime free food voucher for this branch, I would not have brought my family, myself or my loved ones here to eat something from this branch. staff did not make eye contact and ignored when we called to ask something. this felt a bit rude to me. Afterwards, even though I placed my order online and paid, I saw that my order started to be prepared after it came to the window, and I think the customers in front of me did the same thing. This behavior made me think that they didn't want to waste time and material for production before they saw me come to take my order. At the end, while I was waiting for the meal to be prepared, I saw an employee inside the coffee machine's water tank, putting the mop from the floor and carrying it to the back. That's why I didn't eat the food I bought. Witnessing such a nauseating and anti-hygienic moment, while the effects of covid 19 continued unabated in the world, I decided not to set foot here again. Everyone drinking the coffee that fill from those machines... this comment that I wrote on this digital platform to take notes for myself and my family, although it does not imply on behalf of the company, it is a comment that I hope will remind the owner of the branch how important the selection of employees and hygiene education is. By the way, the building is orange, not the color on the cover photo.
So I went to this location because I was in the area and I was very pleasantly surprised with my order. The Manager, Yolanda was very attentive to the customers. She ensured that the orders were prepared with care and she greeted me at the drive thru window. The main reason for my review is that this was THE ABSOLUTE BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH I have ever had from any Popeye's and possibly the best EVER from anywhere! It was fresh, crispy and juicy, the bread was nicely toasted and buttery. Just the right amount of mayo on the bun and the perfect pickle ratio for the sandwich. I will definitely revisit this location!
I came here 2 days ago and the service here is do bad. They let me wait while they chatted to each other.. i order spicy tender and they gave me not spicy one. I like this one when I first eat at the University branch. The services there are much better.The girl who served did not wear mask and the others did not wear mask properly.I don't think I will come back to this branch again.
This location is hit or miss but mostly miss. They typically do not have a variety of chicken available - despite it being *checks notes* a chicken restaurant. On the occasion that they proclaim to have what I’d like to order I’m often served the wrong thing. I typically check my food prior to leaving but it would be nice if they checked while packing it. The overall experience is usually just so chaotic & disorganized whether inside or drive thru that it’s just not worth it anymore, plenty of other options that are more consistent & better quality.
I love Popeye's chicken but Everytime I go to I always wind up waiting 40 minutes or more. I ordered online, it was 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. 45 minutes before I got my food. I ordered was a big box with tenders that was it.
So tasty and so much fun! After cocktails treats - spicy chicken, with red beans and rice! Great staff, delicious food and fun music! Stephanie so glad you're here in Winter Park!
Stephanie was fantastic. My phone was having issues with the App. Stephanie took my order and it was hot and fresh. Everyone there seem to enjoy working together and the store was clean.
Wow, we were the only persons in the dining room and they were EXTREMELY slow. Liked the food but won't visit this location again.
Popeye's always delivers. I do know to check my to-go box before I leave Popeye's, but the chicken is tasty all the time. Love that chicken!
At 8:00 pm, prior to ordering we asked if they have spicy breasts. "Yes, we do." We ordered two spicy breasts and two mild legs, but after we paid ..."nope we don't have any breasts." We wanted to replace the breasts with a chicken sandwich..."nope you can't do that." When we finally got our food, the breasts were replaced with measly thighs and we only got one chicken leg. Popeyes you are a chicken restaurant!! You should have all your menu items ready during all open hours.
