Who ever is training/trained the girl with curly hair and glasses please advise her to follow the chart you all use my smoothie is way to sweet and I order it every time from the manager and another young girl it’s right every time but this girls seems to add little too much or too less of something please and thank you
I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes now to get a smoothie. I’ve never had this long of a wait. The gentleman behind bar is clearly new. This review is for who ever left the poor kid alone in the middle of lunch time to fend for him self. The kid was very nice, respectful, doing his absolute best. But it seems who ever manages this place left him to hang dry in my opinion. I’m sorry dude. But thank you for maintaining a positive attitude through your rush.
At least the ingredients were real food. I liked that it wasnt overly sweet. Lots of options.
Great service and kind employees
Employees need more training making smoothies. For what they are charging, you do not get a very good product. I saw reviews complaining about soupy/watery smoothies and that is exactly what you get. They definitely need more work and better training. The smoothies here are not that great. 1 out of 5 stars (because I can’t give anything lower than a 1. Much improvement is necessary.
If you like watery smoothies and wasting your money, then this is definitely the place to go.
The smoothies we ordered were delicious. Service was slow and disengaged, which wasn't helpful for us first timers.Too expensive for a dessert, but great if you don't have a way to make your own or you want to experiment with flavors before making at home.
The manager was extremely rude to my Doordasher. I called the manager and she hung up on me TWICE. Her name is "myomie". She raised her voice and was extremely rude To me and my door dasher. never going to this place again.Update: I got chica seeds almond milk and fat burner in my chocolate Elvis. That rude manger did not make my drink correctly and I wasted my money. The smothie is also watery.
This place is good but another customer told me management is horrible I only go for the employees they are great I will only let the skinny curly haired girl make my smoothie I wish I knew her name she makes them perfectly and always has great customer service
I ordered online got to planet smoothie 11 min after placing my order and my smoothie was not made. I waited for her to make the smoothie and I took a sip and it tasted watered down. I had her remake it and it still taste the same. Altamonte location was the best with the smoothies. I am both disappointed and dissatisfied.
