The pizza itself was fine, but I had ordered my pizza with an hour in advance from when I was going to pick it up oh, and when I got there they said that it wasn't ready and I had to wait 30 extra minutes. By the end of it, turns out it actually was ready and they just got confused with whose order was who's, so I waited an extra 30 minutes for nothing and still had to pay full price.
This location has the worst customer service. It took over 2 hours to receive my food. I called and told whom ever I spoke with that I had been waiting over 2 hours for my food. I was told that my account would be credited. When I called today to verify that, no one knew what I was talking about.There needs to be negative star options.
I got the new fiery pizza that I’ve really been wanting to try. I ordered the spicy Hawaiian chicken pizza thin and crispy. The bottom is dough white. Nothing crispy about this pizza. Unfortunately I’ll have to try one from somewhere else that knows how to make pizza. It was at about noon and not a busy time. If I didn’t dislike driving so much I would be taking this pizza back. I don’t see myself ordering from this location again though and don’t recommend anyone else does either. The stuffed crust pizza doesn’t seem to be under cooked quite so bad but haven’t dug into it yet.
Ordered a pizza at 5:30, it’s 9:00 pizza still isn’t here. if your that backed up on orders or low on staff than just make where you can only order carry out instead of delivery. It’s 5 kids in my household that waiting to eat dinner. Ridiculous. I definitely won’t ever ever order from them again.
Had to find a new Hut as the Tuskawilla store is full of ineptitude! Made an online order early Super Bowl Sunday for pick-up at 5:30pm. Gladly drove the 4 miles to retrieve the order, and this store DID NOT DISSAPOINT! All six items were ready to go and piping HOT! All pizza toppings were correct and the pies looked GOOD! This is our new store, just wish we could get delivery!
It's pretty pathetic when you try to order pizza from a pizza place such as pizza hut and they are all out of pizza. Makes no sense at all. Do better or just don't work there. Simple as that.
Both staff were nice older lady & young man. Pizza was hot, tasty, on time [pre ordered online]. They did not mix up meats which is good. Other pizza hut in diff. state did not grease pan so bottom pizza was dry like rock. But this location does it right, care shows on food. It brought back my memories, family enjoyed. Well return. Ty
The quality and temperature of the food, speed of delivery, and professional demeanor of the driver is what keeps me ordering from my Pizza Hut! Excellent every time!
Just ordered some stuff and didn't get a receipt not only that but it takes the staff 30 minutes to answer a phone and or send me over to the call center and they take up to 45 minutes to answer uncalled for and extremely unprofessional will not be ordering from them again they just lost a good paying customer
I do appreciate my food coming so quickly! It tasted delicious, my cinnamon sticks were a bit overcooked and I wish I had more pepperoni! Overall everything did taste very good though, thank you.
