Food is really good. Better than Chikfila. Only reason they lost a star, is because they stopped making the mint oreo milkshakes!

Some of the best fast food chicken and fries I have ever had. Chicken wasn't dry and slightly overcooked like it is at most places - here it was soft and just moist enough. Staff was extremely friendly and went the extra mile for my friends and I!

Brought the family on opening day for lunch and we really enjoyed it.Menu isn't too big but has a decent variety of options. Obviously lots of chicken but you expect that. I had the standard chicken sandwich and it was good. Super fresh, perfectly cooked, I'd get it again but there's other stuff I'd like to try.Wife had the queso crunch bowl and she liked it. We ordered nuggets for the kids and I tried one and they were really good. Their homemade sauces are fantastic. We tried the ranch and the honey BBQ. Loved em.Parking isn't so good. Like every development on Mills, they put zero effort into the parking and make it as tight and inconvenient as possible. This place is on par with Trader Joe's and Shake Shack in terms of parking.Inside felt a little cramped. It was probably because they were so busy and it wasn't a big deal.Service was great all around. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and kept checking in throughout.We'll be back for sure!
What an amazing experience at this establishment. It’s my first time eating at this restaurant and I must say it won’t be the last. The food is incredible and the customer service that I received from Tim is 10 stars. He made me feel like the most important customer that he had and not only me but every other person in the restaurant at that time. Another customer commented, “He makes you feel like his best friend”. I couldn’t agree more. Amazing seasoned fries, the mac and cheese is incredible and the sandwich was so tender, seasoned and delicious.
Terrible . I went up the the drive thru , they driest took long to acknowledge I was even there. I literally had to beep my horn and someone then came out. I ordered( 2) 4 tender meals with fries and a shake and received only (1) 4 piece meal and a 2 piece meal. Unprofessional. This isn’t what I ordered. I would like a refund this is ridiculous
Staff was very patient as our friend looked over the menu. Food arrived rather quickly and delicious as always.Chicken was so juicy and paired well with our sauce choice- Buffalo Blue, Ranch, and Creamy Garlic. I was told the teens at my table decided PDQ waffle fries were better than Chick Fil A! Wow! The shakes we had, Strawberry, Oreo, and Reese's, were all SO thick, we had to wait a bit so it would go up the straws!Overall, very clean bathroom, patient and helpful staff, and good food. What more could you ask for?!
I usually love pdq, but I pre-ordered online, thinking that food wouldn't be ready until I get there.! I got a rude awakening, I ordered, then went to publix for 2 things, then taco bell for my husband, it was approx 30 mims after i ordered my food that I picked it up....I got the food home just 5 minutes after leaving the dri e thru, and my food was stone cold. Not even slightly warm, stone cold as if it had been sat on a counter top, under the air conditioner..COLD.I love pdq but don't order online unless you are inking it up immediately. I hate cold food!!
