GrubHub order was placed for pick up by 6:45pm. I arrived at 7pm. Order was missing when the clerk went to check for it. I did see a pepperoni pizza sitting on a metal dish in the open (not in a box) - that was mine I guess. I never saw them take it back and put it in the box but it tasted like a pizza that had been out for a bit. The other pizza, a 16 inch cheese was truly missing so they had to cook that up from scratch. I waited 20 minutes in the store. Other customers were waiting and others requested pizza's be made again as they were made incorrectly. My pizza was definitely not light on the sauce as I requested but I had no more free time as i needed to get back to tackle some projects at home.Could be that i just walked into this place on a bad night. (Friday night) I'd like to give them another opportunity (hence the 3 star rating, holding out Hope). Good Luck.
Placed an order today. Call to make sure it would arrive between 6:15 and 6:30, 6 15 being the earliest. The person on the phone assured me they wouldn't deliver the order earlier. It of course shows up before 6. Threw the food In the trash because the guests hadn't even arrived yet and it was cold before they showed up. Order pick up if you have to have papa John's, if u can order from a different pizza place, please do. Avoid the carelessness of this company.
I figured i would give them one more try since the last two times they have got my order wrong or was not satisfied with the food . Now this time they have Canceled my delivery five min after i ordered with no explanation of why and no call. I did order 40 min before closing but this is enough time to make and deliver the food . I find this very unprofessional as a business.

I ordered some pizza from this location this evening. The time was good, and normally this location is satisfactory but tonight it was not. The first issue was I gave orders for them to call me while out front. Instead they rang the doorbell at 10:10pm when my 6 year old was asleep and it riled my 2 dogs. Then trying get pizza one dog got out and I had to chase him. Then I got food inside and it was less then desirable. It looked like they threw it together in a hurry then dropped it and smashed on the car ride over. So bad my wife kept asking what happened to the pizza.
Do not order delivery from this location. They have progressively gotten worse over the last year. Tonight was the third time in the last few months that I did not receive the correct order. I paid for 2 pizzas and received 1. When I called the store to let them know, the employee had an attitude with me and then said they would send the correct order back out. When I called an hour later, I was told there was no record of me calling. This time I was speaking with the manager on duty, Josh, who was also very rude and disrespectful to me regarding the situation. He seemed annoyed that I was complaining about not receiving my order. He informed me there is no general manager and there is no district manager. When I asked for a number to corporate he said he had no number for anyone. Very poor service!!
The google maps address for this location is weird.... i was told to go 3 miles away from the location just to walk back another 3 miles. I had to look at a google picture just to find it... at least my pizza is still warm
Don't order from here. I live .3 miles away and it took almost 2 hours for the delivery person to bring my pizza. We watched them drive everywhere but here on the tracker. Terrible customer service.
Comments will depend on how the issue is resolved.
New york style was pretty good. The crust could have been a little more crisper.
