Showed up a 7 pm and went to order their new chicken sandwich and was told they were all sold out, went to order something else and wanted chips instead of bread and was told again they were all sold out. If you can’t keep basic menu staples available all day your store has serious problems. Also if you don’t have chicken sandwiches ,maybe take down all the promo tiles for chicken sandwich from menu slots.
Still sad that Panera doesn't have raspberry tea & the cobblestone muffin anymore. Otherwise love the food & good service, clean place.
I love Panera, but be careful with this location in particular! I’ve had multiple instances when I’ve gone through their drive-thru and found missing food items and more than twice missing cutlery. Do you have any idea how annoying it is to take a picnic lunch to a playground or to Leu Gardens to open up the Panera bag & see NO cutlery to use with your soup or salad. Ridiculous!! Managers - please put some double-checks in place on your drive-thru staff. ????????

This Panera can never get an order right. Again I went thru the drive thru and again they made my breakfast sandwich wrong. I will add that I was the only person in the drive thru. When I called they had the nerve to tell me to come back and they would fix it. No Panera how about you deliver the correct item.
I eat here regularly as my work is right down the road, the staff is very professional. I’ve never had a bad or decent meal from this location, everything is delicious. The management is very on top of everything, this is my favorite spot at the moment, highly recommended.
The young lady was new so I don’t blame her because she was really trying her best to cope with the situation. But the manager or the person training her a complete failure as a manager, employee and team mate. Why put someone new on the drive-through window on a Friday? The poor girl was practically begging for support and the young guy would not even put any energy into helping her as the line started to grow. Worst service but not from the young lady but the manager. If he is the manager this location is doomed.
I've been getting the same smoothie for years at Panera, for the same price. Only to finally come back and get a green passion smoothie and now it's 8oz instead of 16oz and it still costs the same $5.39?Except now it definitely did not taste like fruit. It tastes like Panera is getting very cheap with their quality of food. Disgusting company and now I know why I won't be coming back here again ? and will let my Dad know who also used to love Panera.Also please get some allergy training for your employees, it looks like you need it. My salad had pieces of cheese on it even though I told the cashier I wanted no cheese. Disgusting location, so filthy
Seriously the worst Panera in this area, simply because of their New Thing of, “We are closing the dining room early due to being short staffed.”How is that possible when the dining room isn’t full, with several employees in the back working?How is it that you all are just as busy & often times slow within your dining room area compared to other locations in this area, yet no one else does this ridiculous closing dining room thing.Door stays open and leads people to believe they are open. You go in sit down and they tell you, oh we are closed in dining room?Someone explain this logic, but it’s truly ridiculous. People sit here to have coffee and others have coffee while needing a space to do business work after hours for this location to continue do this closing dining room early because of so called short staff when that has nothing to do with people sitting down causing no distraction or adding a burden to employees so called working.They seem to always do interviews so how are you short staffed and what does that have to do with the dining room?
I was there with my family, and we had the worst experience EVER! Never ordering from there ever again!!!
