My rating only applies to their bagels. I haven't eaten their other items in quite a while. Somehow I get a free month of bagels every once in a while. Luckily I work really close to this location so I can get a bagel pretty much everyday. The first bagel I got felt really stale, I threw it out after a few bites. I thought it was a fluke, but every single bagel I got was not good. The cinnamon bagels were the worst, like flat pancakes of dough that were almost completely hard. I'm glad the bagels were free, but I used to like the bagels here so I don't know what happened.
Soupssssss \../
Considering where this location is, the dining area is pretty unclean. The floor covered in crumbs and paper and every table was dirty. I was even handed a visibly dirty spoon. The portions were small and despite the location being out of key ingredients, you are still expected to pay full price. This wouldn't be as insulting if it wasn't so easy for the computer to charge you extra for adding additional ingredients. You just subtract the same amount? It's like 4 lines of code.In short, the place is filthy for being in a nicer area.
Food is good quality as always. I like their soups, but wish they had more vegetarian options for soups. They have good seasonal soups, but those are only there briefly. The drinks are good and they have variety.Bakery section is also very nice with lots of selections, and they make good bagels.
My food always tastes good and is at the right temperature. Hoever, I noticed that they have reduced the portions considerably across the entire menu, but they didn't do the same with the food price, they did quite the opposite actually. So now you pay more for less.
It was my first time at Panera and didn't really know much about the menu I asked the cashier for any soup suggestions and he said take the broccoli soup when I ordered it as I'm waiting for it on the counter I asked another guy who was serving out foods and I asked him which soup he would recommend and he said with a smile wild rice soup. He said that was the best soup so I took a chance and took it and I'm really glad I did because that soup was excellent tasted so good. Now I know what to get next time will definitely be back
This Panera is fine and the food is okay but I’m done with places that have you order at a counter, where you then get your own drink and pick up your food and then bust your table… all the while asking for a tip. Either raise your prices to pay a fair wage or remove it. It’s ridiculous.
Great Location and atmosphere. Food's good can't complain. coffee coffee coffee!
As a Panera customer of more than 10 years, sadly I have to post my first bad review about this location, and it is about the nasty attitude that the cashier MIA had towards my family. From the moment we began ordering she gave attitude. My wife asked for two cookies one with the blue icing and one with the pink icing, She said there mitten cookies and my wife said yes that. My daughter asked for the one that had a snowflake and she was given one with a different design. Being though its a kid and she wanted the one with a snowflake, I asked if we can exchange it for one with a snowflake. Mia gave me attitude and said “she doesn’t have time for this”. Beside her was another employee named Jabby*.I said its for a kid and I proceeded to speak to Mindy the manager and she said that she was going to handle the situation.
It was my first time being a member and ordering with the Panera application. I'm just got a promotion from an American Express business credit card to subscribe to be a member, but this store gave me a terrible experience. After I used the publicity to order, I did not need to pay for this order. The application showed me that my order was ready in a couple of minutes. I went to the store for pick up, and they said they didn't see my order in the system. Okay, I understand sometimes the system can be an error or something. I asked the server for a check on my order, but they denied doing that, only saying They didn't know, they didn't see that, and during that time, the store was busy. Okay, I understand that situation because I have a business too. Then I got back home and call to that store later because I wanted to know what was going on with my order. They said, "OKAY, YOU DIDN'T GET YOUR ORDER, RIGHT? I WILL CANCEL IT. IT WAS ZERO DOLLARS ANYWAY," she said severely; I felt it didn't sound fitting and uncomfortable. That is why you didn't make the order for me. There is the way you run the business treat well with a customer who pays fifty dollars and up or something—it that my mistake to use the promo and pay zero, or because I am an Asian, that is why you treat me that. I won't blame the company, but it was her personality. She is resistant to country and religion. The company should think that the company should have a negative attitude like her in-service settings.P.S. All of the one-star reviews talks about one person's personality, and I don't want anything besides letting the company know their employee’s behavior.
