Fatherâs Day dinner, received a text mid day about holding my table for more 2 minutes, I called to find out what was going on, hostess said my reservation was for 1pm. I explained I had a confirmation via open table for 5pm. She told me she would âchangeâ the reservation to 5pm as if I had made a mistake. Strike One. We were seated fast, nice booth, but service was very slow, my husband requested a beer, 15 min later waitress come to say they are out of it, then several minutes waiting on our food, she comes back to say my husbandâs sea bass was out also⦠now we are seating there for half an hour, he needs to pick another entree⦠(itâs Fatherâs Day, by the way)⦠our food finally arrive at 5:58pm, almost an hour since we sat down⦠we asked for things, it felt it would take forever to arrive, by the time dessert came, my husband was already waiting in the car with my youngest, we asked for a to go box, paid and left. It was not the Fatherâs Day dinner we pictured. But⦠things happens. At least we didnât leave hungry.
We had a booth in the corner it was nice we could all talk to each other, without yelling. The food was good very tasty. Good choice of drinks and appetizers. Even the desserts were very good.
We have had good and bad experiences at the Winter Park location. Sometimes good service, sometimes the servers go AWOL for long periods of time. This particular case, the service was good however they came back long after ordering appetizers to tell us the veg option of Lettuce wraps were not available which was the primary meal for our vegetarian guest. Wasn't clear from the server if they were simply "out" or if it was no long available (it is still on the menu). The other food was good, but it was a disappointing dining experience. The other thing is that they need to stop trying to get you to use the online menu (QR code on table). This is really annoying at a fairly expensive restaurant. They gladly place drink menu's on table but you have to ask for a printed menu. Covid is over my friends.. knock it off.
Until they can afford to fix the Air conditioning I would stay away. The A/C seems to be broken for a while now and the poor staff have to work in these bad conditions. We got a melted ice cream dessert.
Awesome food, great service, but they could use some improvements when it comes to the overall ambiance of the restaurant
It was average. Haven’t been to a pf changs in a long while. Last I remember they were going down fast. I remember when they use to be considered high end dining. It was a nice change but they are still just another average chain. Food was good, nothing special. Nice menu selection. Ordered online for pickup. Food wasn’t ready when promised. I’d say go if you’re out of options.
We love this restaurant and frequent at least once a month. This particular tie was just awful service. Rare! The server quite frankly is in the wrong job!
