This Olive garden was in Orlando, but it was just as good as the one here in Tallahassee oh so who was very nice. He made sure we understood what we were getting but I went the simple route and got the chicken gnocchi soup I ate lunch kind of late and so wasn't very hungry but I still want to spend time with my friends. Everyone seem to enjoy their food.
We had a mostly good experience here. One of the people I was dining with was served a chicken entree that was very bad. Not sure if it was undercooked or a bad piece of meat, but he said it was very tough and kinda gross. Everything else seemed fresh though so was probably a fluke but maybe they should have better quality control. Our waitress provided good customer service when we brought it to her attention though, so thanks for making it right.
Bad experience, I order the Asiago Chicken tortellini , and guess what ? I came without Chicken , the server apologize and that's alright , everyone make mistakes , he says we going to bring you a new pasta with chicken on it . After wait like 20 min I decided to order my plate to take out , an I just received 2 fried chicken breast as you can see at the photos . , What is happening with all you ! I bet you guys can do better .
This particular Olive Garden location is terrible. We ordered pick up for 2 chicken & shrimp carbonaras with chicken gnocchi soup. When I was already halfway done with my soup, I dipped my breadstick in it and when I looked before taking a bite, I saw there was a hair on it. I was so disgusted I immediately threw it out which is why I don’t have an image attached. As per the pasta, the chicken seemed to be undercooked with excessive soggy breading, it barely had any sauce (what was in there was extremely runny) and we had random pieces of fettuccine pasta in our dish when the carbonara is clearly made with just spaghetti. Will definitely not be back, and will never ? recommend..
We like Olive Garden. This is the one we generally go to, and the service is always amazing. I've never had a bad experience with anyone who's worked here. We get a kids meal for each of our offspring and an entree for each of the adults, then a glass of wine for me. Before we leave, we order a couple of the to-go meals. Last time we got them though, the portions were much smaller and they cost more than they had last time. Pretty disappointed there, but the in-house experience was great as usual.
Expected more, and better service. Not only did they forgot my daughter's shrimp with her pasta, forgot the sauce in my pasta dish...but it was a very slow night and they took over 30 min to serve our food. When the waitress told me they were remaking my dish the manager returned with new dish for my daughter and a side of the forgotten sauce for me to use with my now cold meal. He did have them remake the meal, but by this point it was late and I took it to go. As an Olive Garden fan, I am not impressed with the food or service...
I just left this location after sitting at the bar with no acknowledgment of my presence. I saw 2 people behind the bar male and female which looked like the female was lead. Neither one of them greeted me or let me know that they might be busy. Not even a hey here is a watere until we catch up. Nothing... I normally do not complain as I have worked in the business in the past as a waiter but this irritated me enough to write a review. I'm thirsty and hungry. I ended up going to Ale House across the street for instant service.
Our server Sophie was a new employee, but she never missed a beat. She was amazing handling our party of 7. She's a keeper! Good luck in school and we hope you do well!
had not been to this location in a really long time. Went there on my birthday, got a free dessert which was incredible. Appetizer was hot and fresh, wine selection awesome, try the Moscato Primo amore. Main entree was excellent as always, our waitress Keira was exceedingly professional and efficient. Might have to make this our default Olive garden from now on.
Got the spaghetti family meal for pickup. The food was hot and fresh, was ready on time and our bag was loaded with utensils and condiments. Good job guys!
