Slow drive-thru... The guy that took our order told me to wait when I said I was ready to order and then came back about a minute later, greeting me as if I just arrived. The employee at the window was telling the other staff they needed to move faster by the time we got to the second window. When our food came out, there were four cars parked to wait. The runner brought the food out, serving the car that waited the least time first. And when we got the food, the fries were old and cold.
The female day time manager is not professional at all. Instead of asking what's going on and helping out, she tells the cashier is been 4 minutes and the cashier is explaining her why and the cashier asks the manager what you want me to do and the manager had an upset face because I was holding the line due to using for the first time samsung pay and somehow it was not taking it and the cashier was very polite and she was helping me understand how to use it.The cashier seems fustrated since the manager and another employee was in top of her giving her pressure on why she was taking so long and all she was doing is proving customer service and more for helping me . A manager is supposed to resolve the situation and not have an attitude over the cashier when is not her fault.
Manager is more interested in buying shoes from thr trunk of a Charger than she is in making sure food gets finished.After waiting 25 mins she FINALLY came to check to see why I was waiting in spot 3 for so long just to act like I was the one holding up her day.This lady needs to be FIRED. Period. She is a trash employee with zero work ethic and a terrible attitude
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Idk if I should feel bad for the workers or not. Every time we come through, it takes almost 30 minutes every time and the food isn’t even correct. Food isn’t correct and an iced macchiato turned into a hot cup with ice in it and just black coffee… idk what the issue is but I can’t keep eating here.??♀️
Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I went early in the morning and they had both lanes open to order. I went to the second one and waited a few minutes until asking if anyone was there. When I did someone responded rudely saying “hang on a second” so I said okay no worries. Then people kept going through the other lane 3/4 cars ordered and nobody said anything to me still so I asked if I should go through the other lane instead. Nobody responded. I backed up and went into the other lane and still nothing. At that point they were purposely ignoring me (it was not busy at all as this was at 4:30am). Honestly really petty. I worked at McDonald’s a couple years in highschool and this was truly unacceptable.
You can take the fast out of fast food. Waited 5 minutes per car, 15 minutes total in drive thru, so after 15 mins and 2 cars still ahead, it made sense to leave. Mcdonalds is too low quality to wait this long, we only eat if because it's quick. You take the speed away and it's useless
I refuse to go here any longer after today.I spoke with their general manager in regards to my food being made inconsistently so many times last week. She offered me to come back to replace my 2 most recent meals. She took care of one, and I returned a few days later to have them mess up my order again!! the only thing I ask is for no cheese on my quarter pounders. I decided to give them one last chance today to see they put EXTRA CHEESE on my burgers. So now I'm sitting here in the lobby after my order being placed at 5:52 Its been almost half an hour since arriving at the drive though with no cars, and 2 people in the lobby.

The daytime shift is great, but night shift needs work. I've ordered on mobile app for curbside and at this point I think I'm burning more gas sitting idle than the cost of the meal itself. Perhaps they are understaffed? I've been waiting at curbside for about an hour and I have no idea of I'm going to get my food or not.
they got a simple order wrong again. every time i go they give me my order missing something. If you font check your order before leave, you will definitely will be returning. why can't they be just as accurate as they are at the register.
