I just went to this mcdonald’s at about 8:30-8:50 and me and three others are dressed for megacon, a cosplay convention. We receive no greeting from employees. They tell my friend to put a shirt on, which is fair, because it is store policy, but they are all refusing to step up to the counter to talk to us, staying near the window and kitchen. We order on the self order machine and my sister goes up to the counter to get a number tent for our tables, and the employee who is closest tries to get someone else to help her my side eyeing her not-so-subtly and telling her to go up. No one else goes up, so the girl (long braids that start dark brown/black and end white, in a pony tail) has to help us. She refuses to meet my sister’s eyes and helps us get our numbers.We go sit down and start eating, and this girl walks by once, giving us a glare and odd stares, and we aren’t talked to again, even as we leave.
What I ordered and what I got were not the same. Personthat took my order either did not hear me or did not care whatI said. Then, I parked my car to eat my breakfast, and someman knocked on my window and scared me and hewanted me to roll down my window and give himsome money. I did not roll down my window.
My Grandson and I were there 4/4/22I was very Impressed by all the staff!Very Professional and on top of things!You could really see the Teamwork and it usually trickles down!!!

Regardless of whatever McDonald’s location you go visit, you know exactly how it’s going to taste and it’s very reliable
I gotta say, I hardly ever write a review, but these gals certainly deserved one! Not only for the spirit of teamwork amongst them, but mainly for their courtesy. It hadn't been a great day for me at work, and these chicks made the difference in my day! Whoever handed me out the food on February 19th at 10:58pm, , I just wanted to let you know how great of a job you did! So kind and helpful. Special thanks to the girl who picked up my order! The food is NEVER FRESH, I go months without going here within visits hoping I'll catch them on a good day or with a different manager that cares about food quality and freshness!

02/07/2022 - just ordered the surf and turf and what a disappointment!! They basically gave me a double cheeseburger and a filet o fish wrapped individually. This is not how it is advertised at all and it cost more than these 2 sandwiches price combined. Ridiculous!Even though it had a bit of a wait due to the amount of people going through the drive thru, they are taking the proper safety precautions.
This place is chaotic neutral, like there’s always something going up on so the fast part of the experience is always a “miss”but the food comes out hot so as long as you are not in a hurry is not really big of a deal
