Delivery orders already shut down at 10:40 pm on a Saturday night? Not very competitive.
The female delivery driver is so unprofessional and rude! I order food today and this driver does not have any manners at all. I asked for my change and she told me no and that I had to call the manager just to get my change back after paying for my food . She also toss my food at me afterwards!!!
Wow! I am impressed at how fast the service was. From the time I ordered online till the time I received my food took a total of 25 min. The delivery driver Penelope was very friendly and followed the directions I included when I ordered. I ordered two large pizzas, bread sticks, and a soda. My order was accurate, hot, fresh, and tasted great. We will definitely be ordering here again.

So I worked in the foods and service industry for 8 years in my earlier life. The way in which you rectify a mistake seems to be straightforward. Fix the mistake and make the customer happy. Tonight I ordered a Lg Deluxe (add red onions) with garlic bread and wings. I pick-up and never checked the pizza and it was a only red onion pizza. I'll take ownership of that as the customer, I could have looked before leaving. I call the store and ask to have it corrected (I never asked for a refund and one wasn't offered, fyi) Manager says to bring the pizza back and they'll remake it. I drive back to the store and the manager apologies. All seems good and honestly I've only waisted 20 minutes of my life, we're cool. I ask if I could have a couple extra garlic sauces. Manager says they're $.59 each...LOL. I asked her if she was serious? She was indeed serious. I said that's great, I'll play and who's your General Manager? His name is Alex. Ok, what's his number? It's the stores number. Excellent ;) Hey aLeX tHiS iS fOr YoU. I paid the $1.18 plus tax just to write this review. Next I'm going to Marco's Customer Service and will continue on my Merry Way this Holiday Season till I know this Manager is trained better. Thanks, a concerned Customer.

One of the best places in Winter Park to get a delicious Pizza. A mistake was made on one of my orders and they replaced it with the correct one in less than 15 min, plus they gave me a free cheesy bread.
Pizza was undercooked, cheese wasn't even all the way melted, crust was very doughy, sauce actually tasted sour. Very disappointed. Most of it just went into the trash. No guarantees so just wasted money!!
I'm not sure about this place. I ordered their 1 topping special with cheese bread for pick up, and some cinnamon bread. They said it would be 15 minutes. I got there in 20 minutes. The pizza was pretty old. It seems like it has potential, but I feel like I got pizza that was sitting in a warmer for like 35 minutes, and the cinnamon bread was the only thing that was fresher.
