My coworker and came here for the first time we wanted to try the Chicago deep pizza and the cheese bread the pizza was actually delicious the cheese bread was good but the person forgot to give us a marinara sauce after she asked us if we wanted marinara sauce we said yes and they still forgot to gave us marinara souse, the deep pizza is great the customer service and employees need some improvement. Overall great pizzas not very friendly employees!
I ordered a delivery from this location and once it arrived saw I didn't have all of my order. The driver couldn't help me so I called the customer service phone number and waited for a representative for 15 minutes never got an answer. It offers you to leave a voice-mail and get a call back so I left my name, number, and order number. Explained I didn't receive all the order I paid for and I never heard anything back and it's been five days. I won't give this location or company anymore of my money if that's how they handle delivery issues.
Told a fifteen minute wait. There were only 2 people ahead of me and I waited 35 min for 3 hot and ready pizzas. The line was out the door when I left and while sitting there I saw at least 10 people walk out in frustration without even placing an order. One pizzas was under cooked another was cold and the third one belonged to somebody else because I didn't order stuffed crust. Every time I visit this place it is a long wait and messed up orders. Management or corporate needs to get involved. I am done wasting my time waiting on the wrong order.
Usually this place is a joke they give you the wrong stuff and just rude. But on Thursday a young lady named Stephanie was the best it's ever been helpful, friendly, trying to up sell, and making sure I had everything I needed. The only thing is it took about 10 times calling before someone answered. Idk if it has something to do with their phone service because it gave me a message before I got disconnected. But besides that she was amazing!! Idk who or what position she is but she was perfect and need more employees like her!
Walked in and the pizza maker looked at me and looked away and never acknowledge me at all I stood at the counter for 15 minutes and no one came and acknowledged me at all And also he was not wearing gloves while making pizza. would never come to this Caesars location of business
I made an online order, waited in my car for the pick up alert and nothing. I had to go inside, wait the line of 5 people and they didn’t even have my order ready. The other 5 people inside all had similar issues.
I ordered lunch deal at 11:45 said would be ready at 12:05 ,went in at 12:10 and was told order wasn't ready had to wait till 12:20 . Almost my entire lunch break gone . Supposed to have lunch deal always ready from 11-2pm at least that what sign says .would give lower rating but pizza ? was on point .
Was an ok take out pizza. Sauce is a little spicy. For 5.55 it was a good bargin
Pepperoni was good. Custom pizza was under cooked and not cut well at all. Fell apart.
After reading several reviews, I had to write my own. The pizza was made fresh to go. The cheese melted in my mouth. I waited for 10 minutes, but had no regrets. This pizza looked and tasted great. I would definitely recommend this location for pizza. The workers were very polite and professional. The store was clean.
